The facility is clean and organized and there’s no waiting to be treated. The phlebotomist that drew my blood was very efficient and friendly and most importantly she didn’t hurt me at all. Her name is Tynese J. at the Lake Success location. Thank you so much Tynese!!

I am talking about the Quest in Millville, DE. I actually live in PA, with a second home in Oceanview, De. I come down here to get my blood work for one reason. The girl working there!!! She is super friendly, very efficient, the absolute best at her job. What ever they are paying her, she should get a raise. I guarantee you will come out of her care, with just the feeling that it is still something good in this world!

Today I visited the Quest facility in Middletown,DE. I couldn't have had a more caring and committed technologist. Jessica worked on my visit for more than 55 minutes. When the bloodwork prescription given by the doctor was incomplete, she could have sent me on my way but she persisted, calling the physician's office and waiting on hold for 15 minutes but not giving up. It was through her efforts I will have my lab results for my doctor's visit next week. My sincere thanks to Jessica. I am ever hopeful that Quest appreciates this fine young lady! I do!!

I have used the small laboratory in the Harper's Choice Safeway in Columbia, MD for many years. I have always been treated respectfully. Today, I was immediately taken in to have my lab work drawn. I have rarely had to wait for long for the technician to give me service and have my blood drawn.
