Quest DiagnosticsReviews of questdiagnostics.com

I would to say that I’ve been a fan of QD. I’ve been coming here for my labs and recently I got a job as a Courier. I was very excited about this job, but unfortunately something personal came up and I had to withdraw from this position. I would like to say that every one in this company was amazing. From The person who called me about the job Tracey.L.Brenneman, HR Jennifer Jeffries and Bob in Anaheim, CA where I did the interview. Tracy and everyone I met were amazing, very helpful and professional. Thank you QD for the opportunity and hope to be able to apply for a job at QD in the future. My name is Sigfred Flores

Just had an appointment in Glen Carbon IL. I did not have an appointment and it said I would have a 40 min wait. I was prepared to wait but only waited for 10 mins. Stacy was so friendly, did a thorough job and it was a great experience. Not sure why all The bad reviews!

Never had one problem with my samples

I went to quest Diagnostics on Camden Ave in San Jose , CA Shamiram was my brother’s tech she did an excellent job. She is very courteous and professional. We noticed that she is taking care of all the patients in the lobby alone. The other tech was only working on one patient only, Shamiram took care of 6-7 patients at the same time. I think without Samiram that branch will not survive. Anoush Babayan

Michelle helped me today and throughout my waiting time she wanted to make sure I haven't been bypassed because I was waiting for a while. I advised her I was fine, and my appointment wasn't until later. She was very pleasant and friendly and that is truly hard to come by these days. So, kudos to you Michelle, and thanks for being kind.

Ventura location one person handles all patients atleast at this particular one..She did it with grace and professionalism! I want to say Jessica thank you for always being sweet and kind. Quest should be very grateful for an Employee like you!

Helpful and efficient support staff. Excellent care by thoughtful nurse. Team work in action in climate of care and kindness.

Joy, at Dr. Neil Vidwans office is THE BEST phlebotomist I have EVER met! Beyond gentle, I have very difficult veins and have had so much experience with giving blood, if I had not been watching I would have never known she actually took my blood! Beyond great…just plain first class!
