My son is autistic and I forgot his orders for his appt he had on Saturday 8/12/23 at the Quest located at 610 N Alafaya Trail Orlando, FL 32826. The Dr’s office was supposed to fax them too. Which when we were called back, I found out they didn’t. Maribel was the one who took care of him and she was wonderful. She knew I really needed to get this done, so she told us to come back Monday morning at 7:00am and ask for her and she take care of him. We came back Monday at 7:00am and she took us right away. This was the best experience he has had. He don’t like needles and getting stuck. She was absolutely amazing how quickly should did it and he never knew it! She is amazing and I highly recommend her and this Quest location!!! Thank you Maribel for the great work you do.

Vicky is prompt, friendly and knows how to draw blood! Her easy conversation and experience in handling every aspect of the visit was totally seamless and of allowed me to be in and out in 5 mins! Thank you as always for excellent customer service.

i had lab work done on 8/2/23. i went to the MaysLanding New Jersey location. the people that work there were so nice and helpful. there is a young lady named Amanda working there and she is very good at what she does. she helped me get the right paper work and she listened when i asked her to use a butterfly needle. not everyone does. she took her time with me and she smiled the whole time. she is a credit to your company.THANK YOU AMANDA ! We went to Castro Valley 7/11/2023 My son scheduled appointment was 12:50 noon , was helped on the dot by a fine, friendly phlebotomist named JOHNSON. Believe me when I tell you he was an expert poking needles in my son veins was quick easy and painless. We give him 5/stars, 5 Thumbs up for giving my son first experienced with getting his blood drawn ending with a happy satisfaction . Thanks JOHNSON.. We appreciate your excellent service . Thanks DQ for getting a competent good phlebotomist.

I have been coming here for many years now, lonetree QD. Leovy, is a sweetheart. She’s so kind and professional I wouldn’t go anywhere els. She is so good at what she does I don’t feel a thing, I trust her with my children’s appointment as well. She’s makes me feel like family every visit.

My last visit to get blood work done was absolutely great! I hate needles and I dread getting them done. I was fortunate enough to visit the Quest Diagnostics clinic inside Walmart on Brannan Field. The Staff was polite, energetic, friendly, and very welcoming, especially the lab technician Tre’Shawna. Knowing that I feared needles, she assured me that everything would be fine, painless, and very quick and that I had nothing to fear. As a diabetic, I had several things done and the experience was amazing. Tre’Shawna is a remarkable and incredible lab technician! I trust her whole-heartedly when it comes to facing my fears with blood work and needles. Because she made me feel comfortable and safe with my lab work experience, I will no longer fear going back to get future blood work at this Quest Diagnostics. Tre’Shawna displayed real people talent, a very pleasant, endearing, welcoming smile, and professionalism representing her peers and employer at Quest Diagnostics. She is a model Lab Technician with so much potential. Thank you Tre’Shawna for giving me a very pleasant and amazing experience at Quest Diagnostics (inside Brannan Field Walmart).
