Exceedingly easy. They are fast and efficient. Very kind and gentle! Zero waiting! Even if I have to pay more, I will ALWAYS use Quest. We will NEVER use Labcor ever again. With Labcore - Even with an appointment, it's an hour wait, and the waiting room is crammed with 50 people.

I made an appointment with Quest labs for my annual thyroid labs. it was easy to make the appointment online. It was super easy to check in when I arrived at their location. And I sat maybe four minutes before I was called back to a room where Cynthia did an excellent job taking my blood I didn’t feel a thing. Quest is a great place to have your labs taken and very good customer service.

I show up to my appointment, Kishara comes in the room like a cheerful ray of sunshine! Talking with everyone asking them how their morning is. Calls my name. We go into a room. This gal has the GREATEST attitude, I could of stayed with this angel all day! You can tell she loves her job!!!! SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!! She makes you feel so good about life! She was refreshing! Thank you Kishara for being so positive, we need more people out there like you out there in life!

On Monday, January 15, 2024, I had a scheduled appointment with Quest Diagnostics in Sanger. Alyssa, the phlebotomist greeted me on time, was friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional throughout the entire blood draw process as well as check in and check out process. Alyssa, provided step-by-step instruction, was very compassionate, and focused on me and the procedure. Alyssa is a conscientious, intelligent, and extremely knowledgeable professional phlebotomist who demonstrates strong listening skills and has the highest degree of professionalism along with compassionate and competent care. Alyssa is the best phlebotomist I ever had, no pain, no bruises, smooth and perfectly drawn with a cheerful outlook throughout. I felt completely confident in Alyssa’s care. This is the second time I’ve used the Quest Diagnostics located at 3401 PGA Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. for bloodwork. Both times I was seen close to my appointment time and greeted by polite, friendly women. Today, I saw Tonya B. She was excellent! She knew I was nervous, but her friendly personality soon had me smiling and laughing. I really didn’t feel the needle at all! I highly recommend this Quest location.
