If they made Cakes, the crumbs would be worthless. Person after person left because of skipping people and long wait times. Mind was 2.5 hr wait. One old couple getting surgery next day came at 7:45....it was 12 noon. They left! Ask questions, get a kindergarten answer. I had another medical apt and was late and missed it. I could have driven 22 miles to Anson, Tx for immediate tests. It's definitely not a " Peter Pan, TinkerBell" magical clinic. I just hope tests are accurate and sanitary. Soooo Sad !..No More!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lab tech missed drawing a lab that was ordered. Spent an hour trying to call to see if they could draw it off what was already drawn as the nearest Quest is 40 minutes away. After 3 phone calls and finally getting live people was told the office would have to call despite the order not only being on the original paperwork but resent again for the specific test missed.

I have been waiting for over a week for a critically important, lifechanging test. Not only is there no sign of results, but it's not possible to even get an ETA. Inquiries are routed directly to unhelpful AI bots that have likely been programmed to be as vague and unhelpful as possible. Their website, bad to begin with, has undergone a complete makeover and now rarely displays anything other than the message "oops, something went wrong." That phrase should actually be this company's motto. Do not, I repeat do not, trust your health to this company. Unless the topic concerns how to increase their billing to you, they really couldn't care less about what you have to say.

Extremely rude for no reason, sounds like they are doing you a favor and you are a beggar. In fact you are not just a patient but a customer too.

Awful. Service. Info. Chat. Calls. Lost sample. No updates. Rude.

Horrible customer service. Quest labs called my doctor and said that they were not able to successfully complete my last labs order, and that they needed to be re-done. I'm trying to get hold of Quest customer service for almost 90 minutes now (both on the phone and in their Quest Assistant online chat). Due to my health issues, I have to get lab done four times a year. I will NEVER use Quest labs again.

Horrible, wait time for simple labs is ridiculously long. I have had the same simple test done elsewhere and got results in a day. My PCP and I have been waiting 5 days now. I will never use Quest again and encourage others to look for blood draws elsewhere.

The checkin process is limited to using a kiosk. Quest relies on the kindness of other patients to help navigate the kiosk as there is no Quest employee available to assist. Don't bother to walkin. You will be waiting hours. Sadly, Quest processes do not value the patients' time.
