I was anxious waiting for my appointment. I know that I’m a hard stick & my veins roll, etc. Takia H greeted me with a smile & asked how I was. I told her that I was a hard stick, & she said she would try to get the blood in one stick; I barely felt it, & she got my blood right away! Wonderful experience.

I decided to do a walk-in...@Northside location jax fl.. The closest appointment available was for the following week. Staff friendly and Liz called me in within 30min very courteous to squeeze me in and out of there before the next 15 appointments within 1hr of closing...

Set my appointments with app. For both my dad and I. Clicked text messages upon arrival. My dad Got called in and i spoke to gentle man. We both had appointments. He took both our appointment. It was quick, smooth and painless. Forgot his name. He was like filipino Hawaiian. Really nice and great with my 89 yr old father. We were in room 11. Best ever experienced from QuestD. Having arrived directly from my Primary Care Dr without an appt at the Hibiscus location in Melbourne, Florida, I was able to check in at the kiosk and was provided an appt for 10 minutes later. Needless to say I was so happy and sat down to wait my turn. I was called approximately 10 minutes past that time, which in my opinion was acceptable since I literally walked in and got an appt. I seen ANGEL, and she was very pleasant and efficient. She annotated all my info in the computer, told me she will put my status in hold and sent me on my way with my needed supplies and a smile! She also encouraged me to make an appt for the next day for drop off and I did just that. I returned the next day and to my delight I was called back by ANGEL! She was as pleasant as ever and we picked up where we left off the day before. She was very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable and I commend her for her cheerful disposition and helpfulness. ANGEL needs to be recognized before her peers for her outstanding customer service. She was a blessing to deal with on both days. People like her are hard to find. Please don't lose her!

My doctor ordered a blood test prior to my telemedicine appointment. I was able to do a lot of the "preliminary stuff" (schedule an appointment, pay the downpayment, etc.) ahead of time. The Quest lab I went to was inside a grocery store and I got a ride to and from the place. I arrived pretty early, and had to wait a bit before I used the text to "check in" using a webpage that the email linked to. The waiting room had comfortable chairs and I had a pleasant conversation with another patient. After checking in, I was seen after just a few minutes. I verified the doctor's name who requested the test. My blood was drawn, and I verified my name. It didn't really take too much time. The phlebotomist did a good job, I think, as it wasn't painful. As I understand it, my insurance will cover the cost of the test so my card won't even be charged the downpayment amount. I've been to other Quest labs and sometimes the wait seemed interminable, but it wasn't bad here at all.

Tracy in Albany NY was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me and made it a seamless experience. The world needs more helpful, kind people like Tracy. Brenda D

Karishma who did my blood works was awesome and welcoming. She is so patient and explains everything so nicely. Can't say the same for the lady receiving patients outside, she talks down to the aged and the new comers especially when they are slow or dont know what to do. Her tone is aggravated, unfriendly and she never smiles.

I will only comment on my experience at the Quest Diagnostics located on Horseshoe Pike, Downingtown, PA 19335 I have been getting my lab work done by "Billy" at this location for over three years and the service has been amazing!!! Both as a healthcare practitioner a "Phlebotomist" and a genuine empathetic, caring human being! I live much closer to another Quest Diagnostic, but the extra four miles I travel to be well-served by this particular employee that I think of as a friend, is worth the extra effort! If it were possible to clone "Billy" you would make all your customers as satisfied and happy as I am!
