I went to quest at 380 R Merrimack St., Methuen mass. I always go to that location and the girls are the absolute best there. I have always had wonderful treatment by Jackie in the past, this time I had Triana. she went above and beyond as well. She called my doctors office because they were incorrect codes on the lab requisition. She also called me at my home to let me know that it was all taken care of. They are the best crew ever. I hope none of them ever leave.

The work they do is excellent, but the costumer service(in telephone) is the worse, someone called: Erik, refused to answer any questions, bad manners ,poor attitude. Unhelpful.

Lynell, the phlebotomist was kind, thoughtful, and concerned regarding my health and safety privy and akin to administering laboratory blood-work upon drawing eight samples prescribed from my doctors. Moreover, she withdrew said samples in a steadfast fashion (within 1 minute). Consequently, I was elated with her ability and her medical knowledge. Duly, she bandaged me up and am very happy with said procedure. Alas, the results were compiled and organized within a day's notice. Hence, I am extremely content with her efficiency to detail and, quite naturally, her dedication to her work ethic and labor. Lastly, I wish her continued success!

The Phlebotomist was very good! She got the vein right away and there was just a pin prick of pain!

I had my blood drawn at Quest located at 4600 Military Trl, Jupiter Florida, 33458 this morning. I was there with my young child and we had Joanie for the blood draw. Today's experience with Joanie and this location in particular was literally the best experience I've had giving blood. The location was clean, someone came out and greeted us and made sure we were able to check in without any issues, and Joanie actually had a smile on her face. I can't tell you the last time I had blood drawn at a Quest where they smiled or even looked at me. She was friendly, positive, she politely listened to all the talking my kiddo did while never missing a beat to keep the process moving quickly. Most important for me - I barely felt the needle - a STARK contrast from my last experience at a different quest a month prior where the agent didn't even look at me, ignored my questions, and left a very large bruise that lasted 2 weeks. My kiddo is also very into learning and Joanie explained what she was doing and what would happen with my blood while she was taking the draw. We both learned something new from that! She then actually gave me directions on how to avoid a bruise - something the previous location couldn't be bothered with. Not that I ever want to have blood drawn but the next time I do, I will without a doubt be going to this specific location, and I will be keeping my fingers crossed that we get Joanie again.

Anna, Ally and Ellie, They took great care of me. I’m a hard stick and they quickly got me prepped and drew my blood in one shot. I was there less than 5 minutes. Great job ladies and you’re a credit to your profession. Thank you.

Easy sign in process. Val was the best at the quest on Lake Worth Road. Very professional and kind.
