Very helpful

I had an issue with my order and was very nervous to try to fix it due to these terrible reviews. Since the reviews mentioned not being able to get help on the phone, I called in expecting not to reach anyone. Within 10 minutes I was transferred to Betty who was extremely helpful and kind. She ensured my order was correct and calmed my nerves. I'm happy with the process so far with Quest!

Today was my son's first time getting blood drawn Larissa at the fort Pierce location did a phenomenal job. She was very understanding and very very helpful thank you so much.

I went to Quest Diagnostics at 26908 Detroit Road in Westlake, OH, the morning of February 18, 2025, for some lab work ordered by my University Hospitals neurologist. I had the good fortune to be treated by AJ, a wonderful lab technician who took considerable time to sort through my documentation online and on the phone. My doctor's order could not be located online, so AJ went through the steps of creating a verbal order. AJ spent close to an hour with me to resolve the issue. She was still working on my situation when I left her office. She said that she did not want to take up anymore of my time.

I arrived exactly on time and checked in with my phone. Headed inside and sat down. After 30 seconds she called me back. She did a perfect draw with no pain!! Then I went home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

I brought my 82-year-old aunt, who has dementia, (1200 Binz St. Houston Tx) for lab work on January 24 at 1:50 PM. After several attempts with no success, Melissa passed by and immediately recognized my aunt from previous visits. She knew right away that my aunt is a “hard stick” and took the time to personally help her, despite having other tasks to attend to. Melissa was not only extremely knowledgeable but also warm, patient, and fun, making my aunt feel comfortable and cared for. She truly went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service, and I’m incredibly grateful for her kindness and expertise. Thank you, Melissa, for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!

I had an appointment with Julio M (Phlebotomist). He was extremely polite and informative. However, his blood drawing skills were unbelievable. Kudo's to Julio and note to the HR Dept, Hire More People like him!

This morning I had a 910am appointment at quest diagnostics in ellwood city. The phlebotomy was absolutely amazing..I am an extremely hard stick and unfortunately my veins were not cooperating:( I told her to stick me til she finds something..she kept apologizing but I told her " no worries " it's totally my veins not her! She searched and finally found a veins that would cooperate and my labs were completed. I cannot say enough about how absolutely amazing this little girl was. Definitely a 🌞 bright spit in my day because of her being so outstanding!
