First time for a positive experience and it was very good. Hats off to Ma. Martha at Quest Diagnostics at Huntington Health on Bellefontaine St Pasadena CA. She was extremely pleasant and professional. I had huge draws for multiple blood panels and she not only kept me engaged in conversation to relax me, but I never felt the needle. She is an asset to the company.

The team was incredibly efficient and super friendly, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was so well organized from the ease of making online appt to email and text reminders and very rapid service from and extremely nice woman who was an excellent ploebotembist Addtionally receiving text/emal messages that parts of my test results were ready was great and rapid and I went directly to my mobile app.

Great experience as usual from the Glendora, CA Quest Diagnostics location. The secret is to make an appointment, then there is little waiting after checking in. The staff is extremely nice and outgoing. Lizette and Mike were very helpful and I didn't feel a thing after telling them I had hardened veins from all the blood donations I have made. They used a thinner needle. Mike has drawn my blood quite a few times in the past. I go to this location for all my blood lab needs. I was using Lab Corp but Quest won me over with their gentle care and customer care.

Recently went Ashtabula location. Had a 915am appointment. Easy check in at Kiosk. I was taken back early. Vivian was my tech. She was charming, only stuck me one time, and I am not easy. Great experience!
