Tasheika at quest diagnostics Riverwood clinic Conroe is truly the angel of the clinic! I am very fortunate to be one of her 40 plus visitors today! She is very attentive and explaining to me how she needs me to keep my elbow straight before drawing of my blood and constantly reassuring and asking me how I feel when she keeps the next vile into the trajector- the device attached to my vein.. She is very professional with amazing precision finding my thin vein.. very gentle and caring throughout my visit. My true five star Tasheika you have made my quest visit such a memorable one!

I had an appointment at 10:10 AM and was called back at 10:08. The tech was friendly and kind. I highly recommend based on my experience. This was in Tallahassee, FL Plaza location

Went to the one on 1745 US HIGHWAY 192 in Clermont FL. Christine was GREAT. So understanding of my fears and made me feel so comfortable. I was apprehensive about the bad reviews, but I wanted to make my own decision. I highly recommend Christine.

Elizabeth at the Celebration office was great. I usually have an issue when my blood is drawn and get stuck multiple times. She took her time and got it on the first stick.

Excellent people at SilverLakes office, always pleasant and a wonderfully gentle touch. I’ve been there often, and never had any type I’d bad experience. Can’t say enough wonderful things.

There was a problem with the lab slip being sent to Quest by my doctor’s office. While I sat and waited, my Dr’s office tried to send it three times through the computer, but needed to send it through a fax machine, I guess for it to work. while I called my doctors office and we tried to figure this out the tech would check back with me every few minutes to let me know whether or not the fax had come in. When it finally came in, I was able to get my blood done. She went above and beyond her job to let me know the status other techs would’ve probably just said sorry you have to go home and come back another day. I felt that was really nice of her. That’s why I go to Quest, the one in Southington. I did not find others as friendly but this one is definitely a great one. This is the one located on Executive Drive in Southington always had a great experience when I went there with myself or my son. Thank you again for allowing me to share this experience, Sharon D

Lalin, in the San Mateo office, was excellent! I didn't even feel the needle!

I always have a great experience, but I always make an appointment. Not much wait time, if you do. The staff are all professional. Treneice is the best. I am a hard stick, and 1 poke is all it takes for the staff.
