Their billing and customer service is terrible going to LabCorp or some other place next time the last three years they can't get the billing right for nothing very dishonest people and have to wait on hold for over an hour and a half and then get hung up on very frustrating

Just visited Quest diagnostic 2080 Daniel stuart, Woodbridge VA. and was surprised to see how unprepared Quest Diagnostics is during COVID-19 crises. First I made an appointment what they called VIP for people over 60. when I got their at 6:45 am appointment time the facility was closed at about 6:50 one person came and opened the lab. By that time there was line of already 8 people mostly walk in. so what's a point of making what quest calls a VIP appointment when they are accepting walk in. they should only be accepting people with appointment to avoid lines and close contact. second my doctor sent me lab work so I opened an account on quest website but there was no option to upload my lab test order. When I approached to the person drawings blood I showed her my phone and ask here there was no option to upload this document to your website. she said you have to go and print and come back. Hard to believe in this time of age Quest are so backward in technology even in these hard times they don't change their attitude. extremely disappointed and warned everyone to avoid going to this facility especially in these hard times where they have no respect for people and did not change to allow cope up with current situations.

I was in NYC visiting my family when I started feeling unwell. Because I had thyroid problems before I needed to have a blood test to make sure that was the problem. I booked my appointment online and had my blood test. But then things started going downhill. I was a private patient and paid myself. The company took the money and I expected my test results. I set the online account and was notified about the results being ready. To my utter surprise I couldn't log in and of course there weren't any phone numbers to talk to somebody. I went back to the office and the manager herself did everything she could to get my results either online ( she failed the same way I did), or faxed to her office (not possible)! So to sum it up Questdiagnostics took my money without delivering their part of the deal! In any transaction situation it would be illegal! I would never go back there, and never recommend the company to anyone.

Worthless customer service! Paid my bill in full and then received a bill, saying I never made a payment and they were going to send me to collections. I’ve spent 18 months and countless hours on the phone, trying to prove that I already paid. I sent every requested statement and proof to them multiple times by fax, email, and mail. Each time I was assured that they would take care of it. Just got another statement in the mail today for the same amount. Absolutely maddening.

Visited a LabCorp location 428 del Prado north cape Coral Florida...OMG I felt like I was at the free clinic. The staff was not helpful...I had to help a lady check in via the Kiosk since the staff just pointed at it offered no assistance...I walked in. The website says they open at 9:30. I get there at 9:30 and they are packed. I checked in at Kiosk sat there for a half an hour before I realized ."You have to sign in the front desk"...after going up front several times no one said a word. My name was called then I was herded , Like cattle to yet another room that was also packed. Total I was there for and hour and a half....The facility was dirty, staff were unprofessional. It's a shame that quest and LabCorp now have a monopoly and service is not a concern.
