Erika, my phlebotomist was terrific! I use the Roslyn NY location and the staff are terrific. The clientele around here tend to be really difficult, so that fact that they are so nice is amazing. Blood draws are painless. Purchasing tests online is very easy too.

A couple weeks ago I had another wonderful experience at Quest Diagnostics. Once again I am blown away by the level of customer service provided by the staff at the Port St Lucie office on US1. It is so refreshing to see the friendly faces that greet you and treat you with such care. I want especially thank Patricia and Yersing who were super nice and helpful. These ladies are not only professionals and very experienced, but they are warm and caring. Thank you so much for your service.

Recently my neurologist ordered a series of tests that could be performed by either LabCorp or Quest. Having had some major and very difficult billing issues with LabCorp in the past, I submitted the orders to Quest. I was able to schedule a blood draw within two days of my request and found the Quest Diagnostics facility embedded in the Safeway market on King Street, Alexandria, Virginia – very convenient. This was a heavy-duty set of orders - more than a dozen tests. I was able to use Quest's on-line check-in protocol the day before I visited the facility. Upon completing that process online, I printed out the QR code that was issued once I completed the check-in. I arrived about 20 minutes early for my blood draw, and scanned the QR code. Within minutes, actually as soon as I sat down in the waiting room, I was called in for the draw, even though I arrived a few minutes early. The two staff members carefully studied the set of orders, and checked, and then rechecked, that the draw would comply with my doctor's orders. The phlebotomist did a great job drawing my blood, and despite the complexity of the orders, I was out of the facility within 15 minutes. This was a convenient location, and the draw was expertly accomplished. So thanks, very much!

Maribel is the best!! I have tiny veins and every time I go to get blood drawn it takes the phlebotomist 2 or 3 tries on the left and right arm. Maribel was able to draw blood on the first try! She is a gem. 😊

Karlolina at the Roseville north sunrise center was amazing. It’s extremely hard to find my veins and she did such an amazing job. First poke! That never happens. She deserves a raise. So friendly and made the experience very comfortable.

Natalie did a great job finding my vein and drawing my blood. I have had no bruising at all at the site! She was gentle and caring. I highly commend her for a job well done. Also, I went as a walk-in at about 7:45am on a Saturday morning and was taken back within about 5 minutes! I was done and out in about 10 more minutes! Great service! Recommend Quest very highly!

I had an appointment with Jean at Quest Diagnostics in Enfield, CT. I have the tiniest veins for an adult, and many just go for the hand, which is usually painful. Not Jean! She took the time to apply heat and find the smallest needle she had. The result was a near painless experience. Please give Jean a raise. She is a most caring and lovely woman!

I typically dread going to Quest, but my experience at the location on Herndon and Chestnut in Fresno was absolutely fantastic, so I’m giving them 5 stars. I arrived 15 minutes early and was able to check in right away. I barely had to wait, less than 5 minutes, before they called me back. The phlebotomist was amazing; she was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease. Even as an introvert, she got me chatting like we were old friends. Quest is lucky to have such a wonderful person on their team. She truly made my visit enjoyable, and I’ll definitely return to that location, even though it’s not the closest, just to have another great experience with her.
