I wish I could give this organization a negative star 100. This was the worst experience I have ever had arrived to my appointment at 2035 Ralph Ave in Brooklyn NY. I arrive and there are over ten patience waiting in the lobby no social distancing at all an angry man standing in the door way stopping people from coming in or checking in. He grunts there are too many people inside and that I won’t be able to check in and will have to wait for everyone ahead of me to go. Why make an appointment why ask us to social distance or create an environment we’re we are all on top of each other putting our health at risk to have our blood drawn. This location should be closed staff are rude and have no organizational skills at all. If you go here you will be going to get exposed to getting sick!!! Oh let’s not forget I was never seen after an hour wait and my children waiting for me I had to leave. The man never let me check in!!

-5 stars, awful customer service! It is nearly impossible to talk to a real person. After having numerous issues with their janky website and spending over 2 hours on hold I was hung up on immediately once Covid 19 test results were mentioned. Its no wonder why this virus is spreading so rapidly through the country- NO ONE wants to spend over 8 days wondering if its safe to leave their house or not. No one wants to spend 8+ days without pay, not knowing how they're going to pay their rent while having their boss constantly harass them because others have been able to get their test results sooner. Not even so much as a simple "we're sorry its taking so long. I know this is frustrating. we're a bit busy right now and are trying our best to get your results back to you". Incredible. Get your s*** together Quest Diagnostics!

Up until last week I have had a favorable opinion about quest labs and diagnostic services. If I were writing this review three weeks ago my experience would have been great. Until last week. Last Wednesday, June 24, I had my biweekly blood drawn and the home nurse dropped it off at quest labs. Usually, my results were returned the next day. Until last week. When two days later I still had not received my results, I tried calling them. I was put on hold for over an hour and never did have that call answered. After several attempts I was able to speak with someone who said I should get my results later that afternoon. When my results came in they were the same results and dated from two weeks ago. They were two week old results. I tried again calling and was on hold for over an hour. I never did speak with anyone and as of this date still have no results. I have called, emailed several times and cannot reach anyone. I still don’t have any results back and I am unable to reach anyone. They won’t return calls, or answer emails. Poor service!

Terrible. I am still on hold after 1 hour and 20 minutes trying to get a refund. Nobody can help me, talked to 5 customer service reps.

Horrible group of rude people. First off you attend a place where no one is in site to help you but a machine. (Mind you not everyone is into technology) the first staff was very rude & had an attitude of a McDonals staff that hates their life. The lady that helped me was alright however she kept messing up in my insurance stating that I had to pay because it wouldn't cover it. I now have been receiving letter after letter where they didn't even charge my insurance & are trying to charge me personally. I called my insurance & they said there was NO submission from Quest diagnostic at all. I called Quest to let them know & the lady that answered was even worse then the first one practically yelling at me that they submit the request. I got all the information from them & called my insurance back. Nothing what so ever. I am now in a 6 months battle with them trying to get it covered. Worse place,pay a little more & attend a place where you will be taken care of like a human being.

Using their services be ready for the additional bills they will think up out of nowhere. You will receive it later. They will not be able to prove their request by providing any paperwork you signed. They just want you to pay with no question. My decision is throw them out and not to pay.

I've been waiting for over a week for my COVID results. Every time I call there's a new excuse. The representatives never say their name. No accountability. Horrible service.

Horrible experience while attempting to Covid-19 test results. I can't get beyond entering the last four digits of my SS# to verify my identity. So then I called and that was worse. Each time I would respond to a prompt it would interpret my response incorrectly. I finally hung up.
