I believe that when people make an appointment, people must be seen within a reasonable amount of time. When I signed up to get my test I had a 10:45 appointment when I arrived I had 87 minutes wait time on the board (in pandemic times that wait is dangerous). If you know people need to wait that long please do not give appointments that is false hope or at least tell people that you will have appointment at 12:15 which would have been my "real" time. Thank you.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Waited an hour when I had an apt; I checked In and was told to wait in my vehicle that they would call or text when it was my turn. Never got the call or text saying it was my turn and they changed my apt to a walk in appt. NOT HAPPY CAMPER!!!!!!!!!

Everytime my doctor sends blood work to Quest, they bill me and I make my payment. They never post my payment and I have to call to prove I paid. So I called today and Erica hung up on me because I told her that I was tired of calling and stating that my bill was paid when they are behind in posting payments. Very rude people there and incompetent with payment posting.

Este lugar es lo más basura en servicios, yo no recomiendo a ningún hispano visitarlo especialmente si tienen un hijo con algún tipo de discapacidad física o mental. La gente acá es la más descriminadora e irrespetuosa que yo haya conocido jamás. Le negaron el servicio a mi hijo por no usar cubrebocas él es un niño que tiene autismo y el solo hecho de sacarle sangre ya es muchísimo estrés para encima obligarle a usar cubrebocas cuando no puede. Y al contactar a la administración ellos solo dicen que es por el miedo etc etc etc. Si mi hijo no está usando cubrebocas él es la primera persona en riesgo, de verdad yo no creí que todavía existieran profesionales tan ignorant es respecto al autismo. Este lugar es basura lo más despreciable en cuanto a servicio al cliente.

Hace 13 días me hice el test covid19 y hoy 26 de julio todavía no están listos

Government and insurance companies need to crack down on the labs doing covid 19 testing. Should deny payment for the test if the results are not given within 3 days. Went to a testing site last friday (8 days ago) done by Quest Labs. Still have not gotten results. Went to another site on Thursday (2 DAYS AGO) Got my results at 6:20 am this morning. Some of these labs are not interested in providing usable results and just want to play numbers. Limit the volume of testing to a level that can be processed in 2-3 days or forfeit payment.

I having been waiting for my Covid-19 test results for 20 days. They told me today that they have no idea when they will have my results. Is this why people are dying from Covid-19 ? This company needs some serious new management. What a disgrace....

Impossible to access. Impossible to send message. Impossible to speak to anybody. Are there alternatives?
