Results are sent with patient first name only. When testing needed for school or employment, full name and date of birth are required requiring a follow up call and wait. Customer service rep not interested in assisting. There has to be better services available....

Absolutely terrible customer care service. Called to inquire about covid results because my account showed absolutely nothing, not even that I had the test done. I was told sometimes the information may be wrong which is why it won’t show in your account, maybe a typo of something. Waited and finally got in touch with someone over the phone who confirmed my information. She spelled my name right at first then added an extra letter in there somewhere. I told her that wasn’t correct, she said she wasn’t able to see anything under my name, address or date of birth? I asked why is this when I took the test and have the code to prove it. She said “I can’t see anything, sorry for the inconvenience, have a nice day” AND HUNG UP!!! She did not offer me any solution, just HUNG UP!!!!! Quest, I hope you read these reviews. I work in customer care with customers and I now know and understand why my company spends MONTHS training us before dealing with the public. You have unprofessional clowns in your customer service department. I am SICK and needing to go to the doctor but CANT until I get my results and your agent DID NOT ASSIST IN ANY WAY!!!

My son needed an appointment for a random blood test. The website says walk-ins. They do not answer phone. We went to Quest on Page Avenue in Tottenville and a person named Raymond refused to help my son. This is unacceptable. He was rude and unprofessional and couldn't care less about the predicament my son was in.

I have waited now for more than 10 business days (two weeks) for my COVID test results to be provided. This is far longer than I was lead to believe from the testing clinic, and the Quest Diagnostics website states: "COVID-19 Active infection testing demand continues to rise nationwide. Please note it may take 7 days or more to receive your results." This is clearly misleading. I have sent several messages to QuestDiagnostics without any reply at all. At this time the results are absolutely worthless -- if I had COVID at this point I would already have passed on the disease to others, been hospitalized, died, or never had the virus. The results at this point are a "complete waste" as noted by Bill Gates.

Usually I don't make appointments for lab tests. I thought I would this time as at other lab testing sites those with appointments are called first. Not here, even with an appointment I had to wait 45 minutes before seated. I suggest better organizing and managing of this location.

Very rude staff! Unprofessional, very unorganized. I brought my 2 children (ages 5 & 12) to a walk in and got there 1st thing in the morning as they had to fast so couldn’t eat until after the test. I was told walk-ins would be about an hour wait. I said fine I can wait. 1 hour passed, 2 hour passed and 3 hours passed! I checked in with them several times WHEN I was able to catch someone (No one was EVER at desk to answer ANY questions) they kept telling me we would be coming up soon. After 3 1/2 hours I left with my kids without getting the work done! My kids were hungry and tired!

Reason I chose/selected 1 star is to be able to write this comment/review.. Otherwise I leave it blank..I had a covid19 swap test 15 days ago today and still my results are not ready/pending.. I am first responder/have to return back to work.. Then when I call quest team members/recording saying you will have results in 7-10 days later..sure.. Not true..Bad/Bad worse experience ever..
