These has got to be one of the worst lab companies in the U.S. They are clumsy about their service. Customer service does not answer calls, very long holds and charge twice for the same service. You have to pay attention to your bill. I had to call my insurance to contact them. Poor service all around. Very dissatisfied customer.

5575 South Semoran, Orlando, FL 32822 is the worst by far and then some. Those people don’t realize they are doing a paid job and a bloody favor. No customer service skills and no one to complain to. Anyone knows a corporate number to call ? They treat people like dirt “trying to be polite here”. Wait with APPOINTMENT is very long and the place is very unorganized. Starting with a security guard who’s like a kid who jumps out from between the pillars to startle you by surprise, you don’t even know he’s a security guard. The place is dirty and not trustworthy of time, money or efforts. Staff is arrogant and unfriendly. They don’t even deserve 1 star but I don’t have the option. They get an F- nothing more. Will do all my efforts to go elsewhere and never go to Quest EVER AGAIN even if I pay out of pocket. They are the perfect example of SHAME.

This is one of the worst laboratories in the United States, they overcharge, poorly represented and my recommendation is never go to quest diagnostics, find a reputable company, they are poorly managed, disrespectful unappreciative, and basically a despicable corporation.....They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau

No customer service at all. I tried to call beforehand for days but only received a recorded message. No one to answer my questions. I finally went in person, after waiting for 20 minutes, I was attended to. But they could not provide any assistance because there is no administrative help. Everything is taken care of digitally, which is fine if you don't have a question or need any help that is other than having your blood drawn.

I would give zero stars if that was a choice. Absolutely horrible experience with Quest. I have simply been trying to get an itemized receipt from them to get reimbursement. Spent hours on hold, passed around and treated poorly. Also had a bad experience when we had the actually lab tests done. Would never recommend Quest....go elsewhere.

I spoke with somebody call Joe and she’s so rude I don’t even understand why she works for customer service ! if you don’t like you job And actually i can tell you hate it. Find another one Joe’. But learn how to treat people with respect.

I was preparing for annual physical exam so I needed to get some basic blood work -- very routine. I made an appointment at Quest and for the most part, the visit was a breeze -- minimal wait time, felt safe in waiting area (had a good COVID standards in place) and the tech got my blood on the first try. I was told I would have my results in 1-2 days.... well it has been 8 days and still waiting. Tried customer service and that what was a waste of time. Also, tried email support and also not a good experience. I ended up going to Lab Corp and I got my results back in 1 day. I would NOT recommend Quest Diagnostics.

I had a fasting blood test today, which i could finally make. I read and was told disabled patients get preference. No such thing happened. When I saw the two of us disabled being taken last, I brought it to the notice of the quest employee who has drawn my blood multiple times - at least once a month. She replied that they were doing their best, and that there was only two of them, that they didn't know who was disabled. There was a woman sitting there with a walker, while i had my cane. This is at the Corporate park, main st. office in Bridgeport, Ct. This same employee explained once before that the office is shut before closing because she has paperwork, and Quest doesn't pay overtime.
