It’s hard to understand why in a society such as one that we live in nothing is being done to fix this company. Certainly, quest diagnostics needs new management which understands customer service. All people at top need to be removed and new management needs to take over. They have loads of bad reviews. I always have problem at quest. Today, I went in with an appointment at Tustin 801 building location (fasting and diabetic) only to realize that my appointment was set up at a different location without informing me. There are people coughing, no one is doing anything about it. They tell me one hour wait For non-appointments, only to find out after 90 minutes that they have no idea if I can receive any services at all....

I had a ROUTINE blood draw which they billed as non-routine. As a result, my insurance has not covered the bill. Quest sent an email with no contact info about the bill which basically says "PAY IT!" with no explanation. I tried calling the service center and could never get through to a human to tell them that the tests should have been coded as routine. My physician and Insurance are at point to back this up if only I could actually reach a human at Quest. I specifically chose Quest because it was supposed to be a less expensive/wasteful option than the out-patient option at the hospital but for this experience, I would never recommend Quest again.

Rude as rude can be. Clumsy and messy. My Doctor, my Specialist office who works very well, faxed and sent out the referal 4 times. They sent the referal on the very same day I set the appointment for my hushand, who is disabled. We got there 10 minutes prior the blood test, with our code and masks. Standing at the register in a freezing room. Not onlythis rude boorish nurse talked to us in spanish after our good morning taking for granted. Not only I was kicked out from the register the moment i gave her our last name and time of the appointment. she did not let me finish and told me to get out. !! I just wanted to make sure my husband was in and I knew already I had to go downstairs. I replied and left the room by putting in her place. (41st street location). The dragging feet and cheap manners of this boorish nurse are beyond control. Depiscable service and awful unjustied way to treat patients/people. They denied with the Doctor's office assistant on the phone that they received the referal multiple times which is in Quest system. No blood test occured. Unreal waste of time. Never again.

Online quest claims that COVID results are in 1-2 days. It took 8 days (September, 2020) for the results to be posted on Myquest account. These COVID tests that are private paid do not need a Physician script but Quest makes you pay for an online Doctor. Between the online Doctor and Quest you are forced to wait. If you do not need a Doctor's script then it should be like buying Tylenol at Walmart. Just post the Results.

This place is awful. Do not answer phone , left message did notvreturn call. Sent email , took 3 days to respond. I sincerely hope you gonout of business!

Got tested in July, it's September and never received results...

The male in charge at the Ellenton, FL location is severely lacking in customer service and professionalism. If he worked anywhere else, this behavior would NEVER be allowed. I’ve not ever been treated as rudely as I was at my scheduled appointment today. The blood taker was also clueless about how to perform the test I’d been ordered to receive. I’ll never go back there for labs. I’d sooner drive 30 miles out of my way. Quest should be ashamed of this employee. I was also given dishonest information, when called out on it, he tried to spin the story! Quest is this any way to do business?

Absolutely no way to bypass their robo message unless you say you are a provider. After many attempts to speak to a live customer service person in Springfield OR failed I finally said I was a provider. I asked that person if my PCP had faxed over blood test orders. She refused to look it up and told me to contact my Dr's office to see if they sent it. I said there is a couple of problems with that 1) My PCP'S office is closed on Fridays and 2) more than once they fax orders and the receiving office says they never got them and u need to know before I find a wsy ovrr. She refused. I told her you just got a bad Yelp review and I will take our families business elsewhere. She didn't care at all.
