I went into the center at my scheduled time to have a normal blood draw. The phlebotomist went too deep on my draw. She apologized for the pain and the bruise that she stated I was going to have. I'm a nurse and I didn't complain about the pain (I've had many blood draws and I am not squeamish but this hurt). I have a bruise and it's a week later. Very upset about this. She used the antecubital vein location and this vein is super healthy as I pointed out to her. So upset about this. Will not go back.

I was hoping that there’s a lower start than 1. I don’t think anyone is reading their reviews they are the worst place for a human being to go. They are racism and impolite now with the mask they are hide behind their true color. No one should go to this location on Oort Saint lucie West. I went there all the time and she had 1 person in the waiting room and refused to accept me because she was alone. No client orientation trainings whatsoever? Rudest one of all whoever was on duty alone in the afternoon.

I scheduled an appointment by phone and online to the quest lab on Palmbrush Lakewood Ranch location. I had to wait a week to get in . I received the code and wrote it down. I double checked my code twice to make sure it was correct. On the day of the appointment I was told that my code was no good and she did not even have me on the schedule. The blonde haired women running the office was so rude and ignorant. I know I did everything correctly. She told me she would add me to the schedule. She never did and I never received any text. I walked in 3 hours later and she pretended that she never even spoke to me and ignored me. The odd thing is the woman behind me which was the (manager's personal friend as she pointed out so clearly) said there was a last minute cancellation today at the same time as my appointment. Now I know what happened. That was not coincidence. The manager there should be fired for what she did to me. I have received blood work before and I should have learned my lesson. The last time I had to wait over 2 hours with an appointment because someone called off. That is not the patient's fault. They also lost the paperwork and then double billed me.

I came to quest diagnostics on 2601 w alameda Burbank ca 91605. They did not find my order and I kept telling them it couldn’t be because not only I am sure my doctor sent it in but I had called quest customer service to set up the appointment and she had no problem finding it. So I came back on purpose to the same location for the second time with an order number and a confirmation number so they wouldn’t deny me. They wasted my day in a time where we are all avoiding going out and they did not make any effort to call , to look it up and to help me the first time around. Even customer service at quest told me that she sees no reason why they would not find my order number. It’s sad that this supervisor and the agent working the front office did not try to call to quest and find the order n er. Very disappointed at the service . 2601 w alameda suite 115 Burbank ca 91605

I went to quest diagnostics in Overland Park Ks today for blood work. I gave the girl my order for labs and she looked me up on the computer. She immediately starts telling me I have a bill of $241.84 for bloodwork there. I told her I had never had blood work at that lab before. She kept saying I did and I owed this money! Finally she said my doctor ordered the test in September. I told her I had not received an explanation of benefits for that, or a bill. I told her that it was probably somewhere between them and my insurance company. She printed out the bill and practically threw it at me! I asked her if she could just draw my blood and she said she wouldn't draw my blood because I was aggressive! I was going to leave and then the other woman there said she would draw my blood. She was rude also, but drew my blood. When she was done she said she would have done the same! I don't know if they've ever heard of customer service! When I got home I called my insurance company and it turns out that I don't owe them anything! That amount was supposed to be written off by Quest which they knew! But they were trying to get me to pay it anyway!!!

Awful experience. I called 3 locations and they all said that they accept walk-ins. Once you get there they tell you that is only by appointment. In once of the locations I went , no body was there in the waiting room and still they didn't take us. It is very scary when your child is sick and Quest doesn't care. They have no empathy to see if it's important to take you in or not. Is like the person in the front feels a sense of power saying NO, you have to have an appointment and the appointments are 3 to 4 weeks after. By that time your child may be sicker. I ended up going to LabCorp and they were very pleasant , they took us immediately with no problem. In Quest the lady at front said , sorry but hour employees arrived late today so we cannot help you. The experience was awful. Thank you LabCorp for caring.
