Had an appointment for a itinerary drug screen.. Had to go to the bathroom very badly.. someone offered to switch appointments with me and they said no as it goes by a cue.. come on.. they could’ve let me go before him.. sitting here in pain as I wait.

Tests results do not come back for 4 days fastest...my wife never got hers 6 days later...stuck in hotel room in hawaii 6 days...customer service told me both test (I called day 3) they told us 24 hours you will be good! 6 days later no test results for wife...so on her birthday, the reason we came out, we checked out 2 days early... because no test results after being promised...on web site 2-3 day turn around...6 days later (oh, did test same place, same time, same car) no test results! No customer service on weekend, left message after message on site..no response...so..I am going to start a class action lawsuit on quest, already talked with 30 others on line same situation...class action should be filed by anyone who was promised a test results and got stuck paying hotel fees for being locked in a room... FYI even hawaiian police came to rooms to make sure we did not leave! Quest has screwed many on flight cost, hotel cost,... We must take action against folks that lie and collect our money then screw us for thousands of dollars in cost...just to make them richer! Anyone who had this issue, do not sit on your hands...take action! I will be contacting lawyers when I land...if you see class action lawsuits for them, jump on it! We can't have rich folks taking our money and laughing at us, they knew they could not get the test done on time...they just want millions to be sucked in!

We've applied for bloodwork on the website for Saturday morning. The Kensington,CT site.This place changed its hours but didn't update its website or contact us about this change. If they only knew that it takes very long for my client to get ready. She's on O2 and walks very slow with a Walker.

Took my son to get blood work the lady that drew blood poke him twice, but the worse part she had a mask but coughing why would they let people work if they are sick ugh disgusting. Afraid of this virus 🦠 and have to deal with sick people. Over crowded too!!! Jesus protect us.

Awful, just awful. I made an appointment which they confirmed. I'm disable and live an hour drive from the location. I got on time for my appointment but the place was closed. NO NOTICE, NOTING. Called the main office of Quest Diagnostics, they were insisting that the location on 571 Main St. Cobleskill, NY is open and requested that I go to the door while on the phone. I did as requested, place was dark and closed. The lady on the phone was able to learn somehow that they decide to close for Friday November 13th... but kept making appointments and confirming them without any regard for the people actually coming to the appointments made only to learn that they drove for nothing and they can just hang out outside but the location itself is closed! How lovely is that?!

This is the worst company! My specimens were lost. The immediate care don’t know what happened. I missed work because I don’t have my test results. They want to charge me again to redo my test! Frustrating it’s the least I can say!

My doctor asked me which lab I want to use and chose Quest because they were close to me, I went first time in Oct/2020,gave blood and later got the statement of roughly $260,which I paid (by the way I have the platinum coverage by Blue cross of Texas).Then I had a second appointment a couple of weeks later.The very rude tech asked me to pay $25 at that time, which I did. A week later I got a bill of approximately $9 for that second visit. Where is that from? I emailed Quest - no response at all! Today 11/07/2020 I log in to pay the $9 and see another bill of $319 for one of the two tests already done.I haven't been to Quest ever since. What type of scam is this? How come a bill shows up almost 2 moths later after a test? They know it is insurance paying and will try to drain them as much as they can.

Worst customer service. I am following with them for my wife's record since days. I have provided all the information but still facing issues. They just contact by email and no phone which takes days and weeks to resolve issue. I never seen so worst customer care service
