I've been waiting more than 5 days for a covid result. In the middle of a pandemic these worthless people take their sweet time and don't care at all for the people their serving. I put in Manuel requests, emails and used their "contact us" link, it's BS nobody awnsers it. I waited on the phone for 25 mins for what sounded like someone pickin up and hanging up. Absolutely disgusted with this garbage company. Will never use them for any reason ever again, and I'll be going out of my way to make sure others don't make the same mistake as well. There should really be a no star rating.

I wish there was a "no-star" review…
I wish there was a "no-star" review because even one star is more than they deserve.
In a nutshell, I went to get some labs done, and after a week without hearing from them, I decided to call the main toll-free number. After waiting over 20 minutes, the agent that took care of my call informed me that I had to get retested due to "Inconclusive Results." I wish I could say this without exaggeration, but ALL the answers that I received were "I don't know..." I was at a loss for words; I didn't know what to do because all I got from her was the same response. I decided to go back to the testing location to learn that there was a note that I had to get retested, but there was no reason explaining why I needed to get retested. As if I were trapped in an inescapable labyrinth, the woman at the testing center, also responded with "I don't know..." What a disgrace! It is evident that people's health is certainly not what Quest is concerned about. I have tried to call HQs, but that is not an option. You will hear "all of our agents are still busy at this time."

Signed up and paid for a covid test…
Signed up and paid for a covid test online for 10:45 appointment, drove 30 minutes to the lab. Was refused service because their system failed to process the order in time. I returned home at 11:27 the order email came through. EVERYONE involved with this was horrible and unhelpful to get a refund or the test. Finally I was able to cancel the order but had to pay a $20 cancelation fee even though it was their system failure. You cannot email anyone at the company and there is no customer service rep who can get you your refund. Telephone wait times for people who cannot help you are 30-45 minutes. At the lab they were intolerably rude. GO anywhere else.

DO NOT USE for TRAVEL.HAWAII.GOV HAWAII TRIP!
***DO NOT USE QUEST DIAGNOSTICS** who is on Hawaii’s Safe Travel travel.hawaii.gov list of “ trusted partners“. We had to cancel our Hawaii trip because we did not receive our test results in time for our flight. We purchased our covid test because Quest Diagnostics website said the Hawaii travel.hawaii.gov covid test result would be returned within 24 to 36 hours. We drove 1 1/2 hours to Palmdale for our test appointment on Nov 18 @ 9:30 am. Our flight was Friday Nov 20 at 6:45pm. We could not do our test on Nov 17 since our flight was leaving Friday evening and we would not meet travel.hawaii.gov 72 hour test criteria. When the test result did not arrive in time for our Nov 20 flight, we were able to change it to Nov 21 @ 9am.
We did not receive our test result in time for that flight either.
After our test on Nov 18, I called Quest Diagnostics multiple times each day checking on the status of our tests. Each call I was told contradictory information (i.e. The lab was in West Hills, Sacramento; results would be returned within 24 to 48 hours, 3 to 5 days; lab testing was done during regular business hours 5am-6pm, 24/7). One representative told me that they only relay information that is on the website (note: They are closed on Sat & Sun).
For visitors who arrive with pending test results, or if there's information problems with your test - don't expect any help from Hawaii. Once you are quarantined at the hotel, you cannot get a test at any of the CVS's or hospitals. There is a mobile testing unit that goes to each Maui hotel each day and they will not allow you to get a test. One person arrived with pending results (Oahu), received their negative results, and was told that they still needed to quarantine for 72 hours so they could manually check the results.
I called the Maui visitors and convention Bureau (800-525-6284\808- 244–3530) regarding why major hospitals such as UCLA, Cedars Sinai, City of Hope are not considered a “trusted partner” on thier travel.hawaii.gov list of trusted partners. I was informed it is voluntary to sign up. The required RFP is on Hawaii‘s government website. The RFP has to go through the government process to be added.
Does anyone know if a “trusted partner” testing facility has to pay a "fee" to Hawaii to be included on their SAFE.HAWAII.GOV travel list?
SHAME ON QUEST DIAGNOSTICS! DO NOT TRUST THEM NO MATTER HOW CONVINCING THEY SOUND ON THE PHONE!
AND SHAME ON HAWAII FOR NO ALOHA WHEN IN TROUBLE!
UPDATE:
Hawaii Governor Inge passed a new rule. Starting Tuesday, Nov 24, visitors must have a negative test result IN HAND - pending tests WILL NOT be allowed.
Fri Nov 27 (9 days later) - Received results. Had I gone to Hawaii with pending test results, I would have been stuck in my hotel room for the week.
Per the Quest Diagnostic representative, they cannot accept or process refunds. The billing number they referred me to rings off the hook - no one answers.
I have disputed the Quest Diagnostics charge on my credit card due to services not received as promised.

A few months ago my doctor ordered some…
A few months ago my doctor ordered some lab tests which I had done by Quest. The most important ones were left off the report to the doctor of which she informed me. I called Quest's customer service to explain this, the agent apologized, and said I should call the local office and remind them to include those lab tests. The agent then said I wouldn't be charged for those tests because it was their error in not including them in the report. She said she was making note of this to send to her supervisor. Well, a couple of weeks later, don't I receive a bill for those tests! I called Quest's customer service and they said they had no record or notes of an agent stating the fees would be waived due to their error. They were quite rude about it. I told them I wouldn't pay the bill because the first agent said I didn't have to. They said that I had to pay. I told them it was the principle of the thing, I was originally told I wouldn't have to pay the bill because they forgot to include the most important tests in the report to the doctor. It was only after I called that they did. I keep receiving bills from them and each time I call regarding the above they say they have no record of an agent stating the bill would be waived. I even give them the agent's name and they still insist I must pay. Most of them definitely need to learn how to treat customers. I would pay it gladly but the first agent said I didn't have to because it was their mistake in neglecting to include the tests in the report to the doctor. The doctor's receptionist even called and they state they have no record of the call.
I was even on speaker phone when she called! What happened to the customer's always right?! A very poorly managed company! Still deliberating as to whether I should write an actual letter to the corporate office. It probably wouldn't do any good because they seem to be very uncaring. I plan on never using Quest Diagnostics again and cannot recommend them to others.

QUEST WEB SITE WAIT TIMES ARE NEVER RIGHT
I went online today to see how much time the wait time would be, Quest website said 6 minutes. I drove the 2 minutes down the block, I walked in and the lady that works there said there is an 1 hour and 20 minute wait time. People were everywhere, definitely not a safe place to be with Covid. The time on their website is NEVER correct, not even close. DO NOT GO BY THEIR WEBSITE WAIT TIME!!!!!!!!!!
