I visited the Urbandale office and Kris and Max went above and beyond to help get my forms straightened out from my doctor so I did not have to return with proper lab orders. Fast and efficient, great job!

Alvin was great! I told him I usually pass out when seeing blood or needles and so he took really good care of me and kept me calm. So nice to have a professional person like him. Thank you Quest Diagnostics 230 S Main St, Ste 220, Orange, CA 92868

I had questions about charges on a bill with Quest Diagnostics. The customer service representative here in Houston was Kevis C. I can truly say that this gentleman gave me the most thorough, pleasant and patient service that I have experienced in years, honestly. Rather than going over the top with the superlatives I will say in closing, that whenever I call any organization with a problem, I hope (a) Kevis C. is taking my call...
