To be honest the staff who did the blood draw was fine. She was quick and efficient. I have had blood drawn for the same test at least 10 times elsewhere. I usually have the results in 1 to 2 days. It has been over a week no results. I now have to renew a $200. Prescription and if it changes I am out the money. Ridiculous

North Huntingdon PA Office If I could give a minus 10 I would. The staff are so rude and they make you feel like you are an idiot!!! And the check in kiosk is an absolute joke!! It took 10 minutes to try to register and when the tech came out I asked for help she rolled her eyes and huffed and said “ I will do it!” I will never go to quest again I will drive 100 miles for bloodwork before I set foot in this place. I guess they teach art of being rude in phlebotomy school.

I am a physician. I had blood drawn at quest for simple BMP over two days ago. In April the results were available the same day, in the evening after the blood was drawn. My results from over two days ago are still not available. The Quest representative I called said I would have the results yesterday by midnight. Quest takes no responsibility for their errors. I'll try Labcorp next time.

After holding over 10 mins decided to go the call back route. They called me 2 and half hours later. Then they said i could not schedule a home appt till I paid a fee. They took the informatiom then said someone from scheduling would call that day to set the appt. Four days later get a call from some service saying they would be out at 10:30 the next day to do a blood. No warning, no discussion. Rather presumptuous to demand payment for appt not set then set an appt without talking to the patient about availibility or need.

Quest Diagnostics has constantly over the past years overcharged me told me that they didn't receive my payment when I made the payment then I go in have the same thing issue again I made the payment when they told me that they didn't receive the last one I made it again even though I told him I already paid it then this time when I make the payment I asked them to send me a confirmation email just stating that they received my payment when they know they did but they won't send me a confirmation email stating that I made my payment I. I spoke to a manager who would not send me an email stating that they received it either all she said is I can give you a confirmation number sir an extremely rude about it I said I would like to speak to a higher up manager and she said sorry and I made the payment for the second time not happy at all talk about ripping people off that's what you're doing

Used there online process when I arrived I got a text and said click this link to let them know you have arrived . So I did came 10 minutes early sat and waited my appointment was at 7:20 am people come and went your employees came out called the next person that just walked in. It is now 7:35 and I finally spoke up when your employee came out again to call someone else that just walked in. Not one time did any of your employees acknowlegde me sitting there. Its now 7:40 so I asked I had an app. at 7:20 she said did you check in. Yes on the tex I was sent. she said some times for whatever reason it dosen't allways work.sign in up here.That stupid thing wouldn't work.so I just said piss on this am going to a lab that Values and repects there customers. I totally felt like I was a bother. won't be back.and I will let everyone that I now how you treat your coustomers. This was in Chambersburg Norland ave.

Terrible!! Did not comply the appointment time, overcrowded waiting room, no staff to respond to patients sitting outside. Horrible experience

Staff in Clarkston are so rude and impersonal. Terrible experience. If they didn’t have a monopoly on this, I would go anywhere else. Terrible place.
