Got a covid-19 antibody test and paid out of pocket. I received a notification saying the results are ready, but I cannot view until I “verified” my identity when I did not go through a doctor and HIPPA should not be an issue since I have had the same quest account for 3+ years now. It said it could take up to 48 hours, it’s been 5 days and still not a word. Customer service also hung up on me when I called. Use any other service such as labcorp or accessalabs. Quest is garbage, someone could die due to not receiving critical Information. I paid for a service give me the damn service. What a terribly run business and the customer service has the weekend off 😂 lazy bums.

I've tried 3 times, each time the wait has been over an hour, they've lost labs, screwed up the appointment location and don't seem to care how inconvenient the entire process is.

I will never go to these labs again. They billed me after my insurance company paid the bill, I called them for two weeks trying to get someone on the phone and when I finally did the told me to disregard the bill. Two months later i got a bill from a collection agency, I am beyond furious .For the last few days trying to get ahold of quest and none answers you just get disconnected. Worst costermer service I've ever experienced. Stay away from this company

Took the biometric screening , then 3 months later was sent 4 letters stating there lab had errors and needed to re-screen. Went to a site did re-screening only appointment's were in afternoons had to fast all night and day. Then after the results never posted online. contacted quest they said they had mailed them out Never received them and that since this is a rescreen they would not be available electronically online. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER THEY TREAT YOU ON PHONE AS IF YOU ARE A 3 YEAR OLD.

They have no phone number, no email, and the chat person was not helpful at all. I purchased a test and then decided to cancel. Not only did they charge me the full amount, but they made it impossible for me to get a refund. I went to the building itself and they told me to go online. That is where customer service comes in. It took ten minutes for someone to come online. I told her that I live in California and she literally referred me to an east coast number. I have been stuck in this same position trying to get a refund for weeks and I have honestly had enough. You can keep the $75.00. I will never go through Quest again.

I will never go there again I was going to 3 different offices and each time even with appointment I was waiting more than 2 hours for them just to pay attention to me. Employees are playing on the phones, eating and taking bunch of breaks and people are waiting and getting frustrated and angry but they are doing care that they get screamed at them.Employees just don’t care about anything.Its seems they are moving like zombies in the slow slow movies motion

The office set up is bad. No receptionist, no bathroom. Also, it is impossible to speak to a human. It is automated only. If you have a question there is no way to get an answer unless you make an appointment to be able to see a human.
