Nasser on East Robinson Rd is by far the best in this business !! I am terrified of needles until him!!! He plays relaxing music is confident and got 8 tubes of blood in 30 seconds! I only only recommend him! For kids and people with weak stomach and the ones who faint you need to see him !! I would give more stars ⭐️ if that was an option

The stand by appointment at Quest Diagnostic Arbrook in Arlington was not a long wait for me on 3/9/26 as a walk in, The lab tech Mr Sheen was very knowledgeable as to my ask of my previous test dates and results, just noticeable to me , his office smelled Amazing! This attention to detail is a detail I have an issue with in most offices! the allergic reaction to astringent used in cleaning products is my issue. Respectfully LaTonia Henson

I have never experienced such excellence in service as I did today with Kerri at Quest Diagnostics in North Andover, MA Even though there was an issue with my lab order, she went above and beyond to resolve everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. At no point did I feel stressed or confused, she took control of the situation and handled it flawlessly. And to top it off, even though I thought I might “run out of blood” with so many tubes being drawn, I didn’t even feel the needle. She truly has the hands of an angel! It was, without a doubt, the best blood draw experience I’ve ever had. Congratulations, Kerri, on your professionalism and dedication. You truly make a difference!

Quest Frank Scott Parkway, Belleville, IL I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT OUR QUEST THAT WE REGULARLY UTILIZE. Today Catina the Lead Tech and another (wish I could remember her name) took such excellent care of us. We have come to expect the expert phlebotomy skills but also such compassion and willingness to uncomplicate our situation. My Husband and I both had blood draws probably 12-14 tubes between the two of us. There were a few duplicate orders that worried us about double billing which they immediately fixed. Also I was unable to "check in" even though I am a regular customer. They made sure I was taken care of. So kind, so sweet and patient and SO VERY SKILLED. Literally did NOT feel anything sharp. She juggled ALL those tubes and the needle in my arm without me feeling a THING. Same for hubby. We LOVE them and depend on them. THANK YOU SINCERELY.

I went to the location on Ocean Blvd in Stuart. My tech was Betty and she was amazing. She was so patient and kind and did a great job with my tiny veins... :)

I went to the Quest site in the Mercy Primary Care (J Street) location in Bentonville, AR and the people there were exceptionally helpful. My PCP had kind of messed up putting in a lab order and they went and got it straightened out. A lot of people would have left it to me to try and fix, but not these wonderful folks.
