I had a 7:00 AM appointment today and fasted since 6:00 PM the night before. When I arrived, the lab was closed without any notice. This was very frustrating and disappointing.

I am required to submit sputum samples periodically for testing. Unfortunately, I have had repeated issues with my orders being entered incorrectly by Quest technicians. My first test was processed correctly. However, my second sample was not. The technician only entered the first portion of my physician's order, so the second part of the testing was never performed. As a result, my treatment was delayed because the necessary results were never completed. When I brought in my third sample, I specifically asked the technician to make sure the doctor's orders were entered correctly. I was assured they were. Afterward, I contacted Quest's corporate office and spoke with Teresa, who was extremely helpful. She reviewed my order, confirmed that it had not been entered correctly, corrected the issue, and even provided me with the specific test codes to give the technicians in the future. When I returned with another sample, I provided those codes to the technician. Rather than accepting the information, she became defensive and insisted that Quest did not perform one of the tests my physician had ordered. I explained that Quest does perform the test and simply asked that the codes be entered exactly as provided by corporate. She then called over another employee, who also insisted the test could not be done. Both employees told me they would enter the codes as I requested but warned me that if they were wrong, "it's on you." They also required me to sign paperwork acknowledging this. As it turns out, the codes were correct all along, and the lab is now properly analyzing my sample. Patients should not have to educate laboratory staff on how to enter physician orders correctly, especially when delays in testing can directly affect medical treatment. I understand that mistakes happen, but after multiple errors and unnecessary delays, this has become extremely frustrating. I am limited to using Quest because of my insurance, so going elsewhere is not an option. I respectfully ask that Quest provide additional training to its technicians on properly entering physician orders so other patients do not experience the same delays and stress that I have.

I had an acount with them for over 10 years. Always had issues with the site and cant see results. I spend always so much time on support is crazy. The most recent issue is that now after 10 years of results. My count has nothing. is like they deleted any history of me ever using them, You have to contact support AGAIN. and then they just send this AI response asking you to do more work. I would not recoment using this site at all if you can for blood tests.

FYI, LabCorp will take Quest Diagnostics blood draw orders and they will answer their phone with a person to speak to (not AI). Press the option for customer service center. This is a review for the new Beeville Quest Diagnostics location at 200 West FM 351, on 6/26/2026: The woman employee demanded I give her a credit card number before drawing my blood, even though I have insurance and I have had many blood draws at this location and never had to provide a credit card in the past. She was very rude. I explained that I was never advised on their online website when I booked the appointment time, that I needed to bring a credit card with me. Also, upon arriving, there was no information regarding the requirement of a credit card in the waiting room and their TV was off. This woman had no people skills, accused me of calling her a liar which I never did and never used that word in regards to her. From the very beginning she was demanding, rude, and was not able to even advise or explain this policy of a credit card requirement. She just kept saying for today, I can't/won't draw your blood without a credit card.

If you are planning to visit quest I highly recommend you exaust every other option available. It will require you to make an appointment which will take more time than the procedure will ever take. You will still have to provide photo identification and insurance card. All this is required just so they can cut one job. A receptionist. Good luck, you're going to need it!

I am trying to drop off a specimen. They asked me to check in and wait in line for a long time. All it takes is to take the specimen not even 2 seconds.Unacceptable.Horrible policy.Very dissatisfied.

The reason they have this horrible rating by so many is simply put they are one of the worst companies anyone could ever be subjected to. No customer service center should be this bad. When the recording advises you of your "Estimated Wait Time"...Triple the amount. Beyond pathetic. When I arrived to my appointment I made sure I provided an updated insurance card as mine had changed. That did no good as they billed my former company, in my maiden name which I had also updated and of course it was rejected. As a result, uploading again on their website would be a complete waste of time as this was already done. My estimated wait time was ten minutes, My call was picked up 29 minutes later. They also feel the need to play a recording every 15 seconds to advise you that you can select 1 and get a call back. I did that once and NEVER received a call back so I wouldn't recommend it.

Very unaccomodating for adults with neurodevelopmental and sensory issues. Double-empathy problem exists and empathy is a two way street. Onus shouldn't have to always fall on the patient. No adult with complex trauma from being unaccomodated and misunderstood their whole life should have to explain their own life history, nor DSM, to alleged health care professionals. Update: I still wouldn't trust them to take blood out of my cat, nevermind my arm. Going to CLS from now on Also, nobody from Quest to personally respond to all the ways they could and should improve for the bad experiences? That speaks volumes in and of itself.
