absoultly terrible. yesterday i went here and the women lied to me and said they stop doing testing at 3 when i had an appointment Is scheduled at 4. then today i went in for my appointment and the sign said they were supposed to be back at 11:30pm from lunch. so i waited an extra hour and they still didnt come back. worst service ever and total rip off. i wasted more then 2 hours of my time for nothing. to make matters worse i tried calling and there is no way to speak to a represative or customer service. If u want lab work done dont ever go to quest diagnostics they rip you off and waste your time.

This isTRUELY WORST COMPANY EVER. THESE PEOLLE LITERALLY LIE. WHEN I WENT TO DROP SAMPLE LITTLE AFTER 4 SHE LIES WE DON’t COLLECT SAMPLE AFTER 4 when their WEBSITE ALLOWS ME TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT AT 4:15 It TOOK ME 3ATTEMPTS TO GET TESTING DONE AT 3 different locations. DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ABANDON THEM LET THESE PEOPLE GO OUT OF BUSINESS

The WORST company EVER. They need to go out of business, they are that bad. Nothing but awful customer service. The next time you need lab work done, go to LabCorp.

The worst most dysfunctional office I've ever experienced! Rude staff, and they don't care at all. I will never use them again! Made appointment to drop off specimen's for my wife, and arrived 5min early. I was the only person in the waiting room until another arrived 10 minutes after me. Waited 20 minutes and the other client was taken back. Asked if I could just drop this off and was rudely told that I had to wait and that wasn't how they do business! After 30 minutes a tech who I observed sitting in her chair on her cell phone came out. Her attitude was beyond rude. Claimed my spouse owed $2119.00 dollars and it needed to be paid before they would accept any other specimens. My wife had a simple blood draw a month before, and they failed to submit it to her insurance(Blue Cross). When I said that they needed to submit a claim to the ins. company I was then told that one of the samples was over filled and the lab wouldn't accept it!? Having to go back home and get another specimen from my wife I sat in the waiting room for 45min just to drop off the sample! Was then again told that the outstanding bill needed to be paid before they would accept her specimen. When I again said it needed to be submitted to the insurance I was met with a rude attitude. This company is beyond poorly managed! While sitting in the waiting room there where 3 people who came in with appointments for drug testing only to be told that they had to come back tomorrow! What a joke of a facility!

The whole process is a joke. We planned ahead in order to travel to Canada. Our tests were done at noon on Monday and 72 hours later, still no results. We called the hotline and they would not expedite until after 48 hours of testing. Forget about using them if you have travel plans.

This has to be the most difficult Covid testing experience I have ever had!!!! Stay away!!! Guarantee results in 24-48 hours…nope. Website suggests their online/app is faster for results….nope. If it’s your child they should let you know way in advance to upload a birth certificate! Takes them 2 days to review it. Trying to upload a birth certificate is maddening. The .jpg didn’t work bc it says it was too big. Scanned it and it was too big. Paid for an app to make it smaller…still wouldn’t accept it. Would rather have waited in a 3.5 hour long line and received immediate test results to send an a symptomatic kid to school than to use a service that doesn’t follow through.

This has been my lab for the part 8 years and you think services will be better but turns out for the worst. Leave patients in their cars waiting for hours then said the text you and there was not text message. There are no appointments regularly available and walk-in are a nightmare. This is not free service, we paid a health plan and tests we should received an excellent service when about patients is concern. Hope things change soon

I had an early 6:40 am appt at Quest Diagnostics (Valrico SR 60) on 9/14/21. I came prepared with my lab work paperwork. The technician that drew my blood wasn’t wearing gloves and when she inserted the needle in my left arm I felt a lightening bolt go through my arm and into my fingers. I explained that I was feeling pain but she just kept drawing blood telling me there was only 3 vials that she needed to fill. I was in extreme pain praying that it would soon be over. The cotton ball that was then placed over the injection site had been soaked with blood. I thought the ordeal was over but over the course of the day my left arm was swelling up and dark blue at the site. It was hard for me to pick up anything heavy. I went back to the lab and asked to speak to someone there. The woman I was taken to told me that I should tell my doctor after I told her what happened that morning. I left very disappointed. I believe the technician that drew my blood hit a nerve and was trying to complete her ‘job’. She was insensitive of my pain. Quest Diagnostics is not a place I want to do business with ever again.
