If I could give less than 1star I would it has been 14day on a dit drug screen with no result and customer service is horrible find another company

Friday Nov 19, 2021 Showed up for my 3:30 appointment to find a hand written letter taped to the front door that they were closed and moving locations the following week. No one bothered to email, text or call to tell me! I could not get through to speak to anyone let alone reschedule. Even more ridiculous is I received a covid screening text and check- in status text before my scheduled appointment. That alone tells me they could have reached me to inform me to cancel/ reschedule. Not happy.

This company needs to READ THEIR REVIEWS. I started getting texts from them for no apparent reason. Supposedly I had a bill. I final got them to stop that, months after services they claim I rcvd, I get an incorrect bill for several hundred dollars. Took hours to reach someone by phone. Sorry and not sweet at all, they had my insurance incorrect- not even sure how that couldn've possibly happened. Nothings changed there for years. They admitted they made a mistake, updated my info. Dive deal. I just got another bill from them with a little love note that said, This is your last chance to pay before we report you to a creditor. They need to contact me ASAP. Somebody's going DOWN if they even try this. What bull****. READ YOUR REVIEWS. Horrible business. Terrible service. Incompetent billing practices. I'm a #GrievingMom. My daughter's birthday was Christmas Eve. This is a very difficult time for me. FIX THIS!! I spent over an hour on hold yesterday. Never got a person. Google reports you are open on Sat. Your phone message says you are open on Saturdays. I just called. Score more stupidity for Quest! Fix your process.

Had a drug screen on Nov 8th still no results. I am waiting for the drug screen to start my job. They will not help you or talk to you about it. My job depends on their lack of time to accuratly and quickly get results to my employer. My family is starving because of quest diagnostics inconsistencies of sending out test in a timely manner.

On 11/12/21 I was on time for my phlebotomist appointment. After waiting for over 25 minutes my name was called and I was informed that I would not be served until I put on a mask. I have studied the use of masks as protection against COVID-19 and have been forced to conclude that not only are they useless (the mask packages specifically state that they are of NO MEDICAL VALUE) but that they are also dangerous. Gainesville, FL news recently reported that tests run on masks worn by children for only one day found these highly dangerous pathogens (among others): • Streptococcus pneumoniae (pneumonia), Mycobacterium tuberculosis (tuberculosis), Neisseria meningitidis (meningitis, sepsis), Acanthamoeba polyphaga (keratitis and granulomatous amebic encephalitis), Acinetobacter baumanni (pneumonia, blood stream infections, meningitis, UTIs— resistant to antibiotics), Escherichia coli (food poisoning), Borrelia burgdorferi (causes Lyme disease), Corynebacterium diphtheriae (diphtheria), Legionella pneumophila (Legionnaires' disease) , Staphylococcus pyogenes serotype M3 (severe infections—high morbidity rates) and Staphylococcus aureus (meningitis, sepsis). I informed the staff that I am exempt from any mask dictate and they demanded to see my HIPAA-protected medical records. When I politely exercised my right of refusal and demanded service they called the police. After waiting for 45 minutes for the police to arrive and protect my rights I finally had to leave. Quest needs to do two things to resolve this issue. They must (1) Immediately remove their dangerous mask dictate, and (2) write me a physical letter of apology for their denial of my legal right to service.

Billing and communications are a mess, submitting claims to wrong insurance companies, billing me hundreds of dollars, then deleting insurance payout from a claim over a year ago, my copay was $20, now they are trying to charge me the full bill for that claim, 3 way calls with insurance company and Quest, one year later, a lot of frustration that should have never happened, unnecessary time spent during a time when I dont need it, unqualified staff, poor customer service, what more can I say, and it is still not over. Sadly to say, I do not recommend this company.

Customer service is ridiculous. I called in to clarify a bill that was supposedly I owe. I had to call three days straight waiting for 1 hour to get someone on the phone. Please tell the doctors not to use this lab facility to send your testing, they suck big times.

All of the sudden one day i see that a Quest collection of 136.10 is on my credit report, My physician used Quest to get lab results and i guess they got my social and all my info but didn't bother to get my insurance information rather they killed my credit for this 136.10 and will cost me allot to get rid off, I tried to call them and waited over a half hour to get to speak to someone and when i finally got to talk to someone they didn't hear me ( I guess they have people from overseas to handle their calls) i recommend that you tell you physician not to use Quest Diagnostics they don't serve you, they will kill you and your c
