I would never use Quest Diagnostics again after my experience at their Lake Success office in November. My doctor sent me for a three hour glucose tolerance test which i took on November 24, 2021. he had not received the results by Tuesday, November 30 so he called the office and was told that i had not completed the test and they had only 4 results. I assured him that there was a misunderstanding because despite the fact that I became ill prior to the last blood withdrawal, I had completed the procedure. My doctor called a second time and was again told I had not finished the test. I do not know who is responsible but my doctor was NOT told the TRUTH. i can understand that people make mistakes and accidents happen. I cannot understand LYING which can be life threatening in a health related business. Quest cannot be trusted to provide accurate honest results. DON'T USE THEM111

They seem to have no competition - there are no other labs to go to so we're forced to go to them through no choice. They cannot be reached and block us out from communication Their charges are high

Quest Fishkill NY, should revamp office , assess employees and fix billing dept. There are so many other blood drawing places better off choosing them.

The way they don't have ANYBODY to talk to is absolutely disgusting. They have an 866 that you can call to speak with someone, but you'll be on hold for more time that your actual call. I waited for 20 minutes before I hung up the phone. It's absolutely disgusting. No REAL PEOPLE. IT ALL AUTOMATED

I spent hours on phone with the billing department to claim a receipt for a previous payment. Everyone is nice and kind but none of them is efficient. I won't do my business with them ever again.

Quest simply does not contribute to COVID testing. I had an appointment at the Annandale Virginia location for a COVID test, got there and they told me they were only testing for travel. I have also had billing problems with them in the past. The employee’s are often unpleasant. My daughter got to her appointment 10 minutes late and they refused treat her.

It is extremely horrible. If my doctor doesn't change them I will do something about it. I was trying to get an invoice for money they have deducted from my card. I would wait for about 30 minutes only to be told that they can't find the bill. I was transferred three times. On the third transfer, the receptionist simply took the call and would not communicate anything for over 15 minutes. Then I hung the phone myself. Imagine, spending all this precious time only to be treated like dirt. May God have mercy.

Recently, I had two different blood tests at Quest. Too many days later, my results have not been posted, even though Quest has announced that my results are available. I no longer have any faith in Quest.
