So made my appointment for 6 am. My Dr Jesús Navarro office staff faxed my lab work 0n 1/19/22 and my appointment was today 2/3/22. I got there at 5 45am and waited until my 6 to find out they don't have my work order. I call my Dr. Office and the assure me they sent via fax. Waste of time. Up at 5am. other lab companies at least they pick the phone. No one to speak to. Quest is Questionable now. LAB CORP WILL BE FROM NOW ON

I had 23 vials of blood taken. They botched 20 of the blood samples and couldn't do the tests and wasted all that blood. So now I have to go do it again. One test was a basic metabolic panel and they were too incompetent to even complete that test. Some of the tests are iron tests and will now screw the results up because of the loss of so much blood. I probably will have to wait a month or two to get a more realistic test on it. I am sick and I am still recovering from losing all that blood from 5 days ago. 23 vials is a lot blood and to waste nearly all of it, shows me they have know idea what they are doing and that they do not care about their customers. And seeing all the negative one star reviews lately shows me they won't be or at least shouldn't be in business for long. In my case, they should be shutdown for malpractice.

This place is a joke I was told by my provider that you just go check in they open at 6am which I was on time to get blood work ✅ done I got there a nurse can out and said you need to make a appointment which I Did on there appointment screen and I could not get in until after 10:00am So I had to come back at 10:00am then they told me after my blood work I need a stool sample and just come back I did not need to make appointment So I did get the stool sample came back tried to drop it off and they said you need a appointment So I had to come back I feel sorry for people that are so sick and get this type of treatment Also there is a lot of people in the room waiting If you come to quest make a appointment just don’t show up even if you have a drop off you will NOT get in Poor communication

I have been using labs for 60 years because I am a diabetic and must have labs done periodically. I have always used Lab Corp and never had a complaint. Now, I use Quest and the experience was NEGATIVE. If one can use another lab---do so. Quest/Bradenton is a place to avoid.

I have been waiting for my test since it was collected on Monday. It is now Saturday and I have been calling. My results are still pending. I will never go through them again. We are on day 5 or no test results and day 7 of quarantine. I keep calling and everyone keeps saying “pending”. I was also told on Friday (yesterday) that I would have them. Nope.

Absolutely the WORST response time and customer service EVER. My husband and I had a PCR Covid test on a Tuesday. The test was needed for a cruise trip we were taking on Saturday (leaving out of Loreto Mexico). We were going on a National Geographic cruise that required a PCR Covid test taken within 72 to 120 hours prior to boarding. We were told that it would take up to 72 hours to get results so we figured Tuesday would be more than enough time to get results for Saturday. We both received emails 48 hours later (on Thursday) saying results were ready. My husband logged on to the app and got his results. However, mine were nowhere to be found. I logged on to the app and all my PREVIOUS tests were available but not that test. I left a message on their website and got a canned response saying it could take 72 hours. 79 hours later (on Friday) I called. I was already in Mexico and calls to their 800 number wouldn’t go through so I had to call someone in the US to initiate a 3 way call. After waiting on line for over an hour, a customer service rep got on and basically told us tough luck just keep waiting. I was boarding a cruise ship the next day and could not keep waiting. I had to hustle to find a Covid test here in Mexico. It is now Friday night and I am not sure if the cruise ship will accept a Covid test that was not taken in the timeframe required. Quest is horrible, horrible, horrible! Do not ever use this company. They do not have a customer service department that is accessible or caring. There is no way to talk to a live person or get something resolved in an emergency. All they kept saying is these things take time. What I couldn’t get through to them is that they HAD my results they just wouldn’t give them to me. Some fool in the tech department didn’t load my results onto the app properly. UPDATE: 5 hours after I left this review my results magically appeared in my email (at 5 AM). Apparently I got someone’s attention. Thank you to whomever (at Quest) took the time to read my review and take action. However, I really feel that I would not have the results if I had not left this review. Quest, you need to have a better customer service department.
