Nothing but trouble with this service. USE LABCORP. A Quest employee took blood. I told her to NOT submit for labs not covered by Medicare. She did anyway. THEY KNOW BETTER. It is now 8 months and I am still trying to work it out. Called many times to different offices. One said it was fixed, 4 moths ago. Just billed again. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Three separate urine samples were contaminated that I took three weeks in a row, each time it came back with multiple organisms & unusable. It was not on my part; I did everything by the book. Not a fun situation when you're suffering. I heard from an RN they may be letting it sit too long.

After 11 day delay in getting test result, called Quest customer service. Claim problem with test and they sent communication to my doctor. Refused to give me any information. Called my doctor and they didn’t receive anything from Quest. So now they need to call Quest. Miserable service. Quest is the only Florida Blue In-Network provider for these kinds of lab tests (I'm in Sarasota). In my opinion, this is what happens when you basically have monopoly power. So choice is terrible service, or pay more for out of network provider. Guess I’ll have to pay more in future!!! Will never use Quest again.

The quest diagnostics on Ralph Ave in Brooklyn NY is the most disgusting, unprofessional testing lab. The staff is very disrespects, rude with attitude. We checked in and the television said 1 minute to walk in the nasty employee comes out and says the tv isn’t accurate. All we needed was 1 quick lab test for my pregnant wife.

Don't use Quest Labs in Sewell NJ- Marie had incorrect results showing that she was in kidney failure. She was extremely upset- we went through Hell trying to reach our Dr and get her retested. We retested the two days later and it was normal-the Sewell NJ 08080 site didn't label her specimen, Quest has another patient with a Critical situation that believes that they are fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Out of the lat 4 times I went there, it has been a disaster. Making an appointment means nothing, as each time I had to wait 30-45 minutes past my appointment. Today, I arrived at 10:10 for a 10:15 appointment. They said the computer was down and put my name on the bottom of the list of 10 people. After I waited for over a half hour, they came out and said all appointments were cancelled because the computer was down. The time before, they misread the orders and only ran 1 of 2 teste ordered, so I had to go back a second time, after my appointment with my doctor to get the other test results.

The place is completely inhuman. The test results have not been delivered when promised. There is no one to ask a question of. This is health care at its worst.
