Do you and your doctor need your lab results within a week or two? If so, go to a different lab. I had labs drawn at 8 am on September 22. As of October 1, none of the results have reached my doctor—not even a simple cmp—even after he called to request results. I requested results on September 30. The next day I got a message that they don’t send partial results to patients if any of the tests are still in process. Something is very wrong. One of the tests is a very simple cmp that should take absolutely no more than a day or two even if they are shipping it to an out of state lab. Yet, even my doctor does not have the result. By the time my doctor gets the cmp level, it may not even be accurate anymore. This is a company that is putting lives at risk for $$.

Don’t go here. They don’t release any of your results until ALL of your tests are completed. So, if you have a test that indicates you are very ill, and need immediate treatment and that test only takes 48 hours, but another test takes two weeks, you don’t find out for two weeks. They are risking lives doing business this way!

Never used their service and they sent me an invoice and came after me. Dealing with creditors right now. Sending a fake invoice to you and trying to steal money. Thanks for wasting my time. All the reps told me they don't know when i called them. connecting me to the wrong department so many times and they never got answers or didn't even know which location "I visited". Good luck staying in the business.

I seriously wish this place was forced to close business. The people are rude, unhelpful and unknowledgeable. I have been calling for over a week to get a basic billing email resent and I have called over 10 times, spoken to more than that many people, and each person has told me 100% different information. They treat you like an idiot on the phone and to be honest they act like ones themselves. I swear the actively do this on purpose. On top of it, when I went in to get my test taken in the first place the man drawing my blood spent the entire time criticizing me about the length of my name and making racially insensitive comments. These people are the lowest in the IQ pool and act like it. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE WONT END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally customer unfriendly company. Worst system for scheduling appts ever, phone prompts rigid unable to check different locations with out restarting the whole process; system could not get the name right after 5 tries speaking slowly, clearly, never able to talk with a live rep. ( tried 5 times. no luck. ) schedule site online. cumbersome...can't imagine an elderly pt. able to use their system. Ruined half of. my day trying to make an appt. Avoid using Quest if at all possible!!!!! Also still. dealing with a billing discrepancy going back to March. Blue Cross and Quest can't answer why there was a charge billed on routine labs that never had past charges. They can't seem to pull up past charges for the same labs in the past..amazing ! This. company rates a ZERO in my book.

All I can say is that this company must be awful to work for as most of the employees I've dealt with are so rude and miserable and I've been to a few locations. Their website states walk ins are available but the employees will punish you by making you wait as long as possible for not having an appointment even when they're not busy. From now on, I will try to get my bloodwork done at the doctor's office or ANY other lab that is in my network.

I'm hoping that someone from Quest Diagnostics in Tulare Ca. reads this review. First: in case you don't know this you have a 86 percent negative review which means 14 out of 100 people were dissatisfied with your service. I tried calling so to talk with someone to ask some questions and found that you can't talk to anyone, that is unless you have a specific ext. number which I didn't. This is so frustrating. Unbelievable!

If I could give a zero I would. Worst place ever. Quest in Ocoee on Maguire. Waiited almost 3 hrs. Staff nasty.
