If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. They are one of the most incompetent places I've ever had to deal with! They have cancelled appointments without notice. They lose appointments. They're rude. And to top it off... THEY LOST MY BLOOD!!!! I WASN'T NOTIFIED UNTIL 15 HOURS BEFORE MY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT! I will NEVER go back to them again!

I have been working in the laboratory as a Medical Technologist/Microbiologist all my career life and never have been treated as a patient so unprofessional and so rude as they did today at the Metro West (South Hiawassee Rd , Orlando location . I only went to drop off some stool samples and they made me wait an our and a half .I asked one of the phlebotomist /technician how much more I had to wait , and she told me that they were an appointment only facility and she couldnt guaranty that they can even see me today . This was at 1:30 pm . So I brought to her attention that it was Friday and the specimen might be ruined if not tested within 24-48 hrs . She answered very rudely that I can take them home and refrigerate them . She told me that there were other facility that can take them w/o Appointment . Then she walked away and closed the door in front of me . Finally I had to leave the laboratory which is just 3 minutes away from home to go to another facility in Orlando to drop my specimens . As far as I know, patients are customers and need to be treated always with respect and compassion . If you can’t deal with them nicely then your are in the wrong profession . Also , at the moment they give instructions on specimen collection they should advice the patient that even for drop off an appointment is needed.Although I think is ridiculous. It would be also a good idea to give pre printed labels or label the containers with the patients’s name at moment the collection containers are handed to the patient . It will save time and avoid unnecessary “hard time and unnecessary waiting time “at the moment of drop off . .

I went in the morning at 8:30 to drop off a specimen. I did not need any service other than "this is the patient's name and here is their sample, have a nice day" Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes? I checked in at the kiosk as someone dropping off a specimen, because they don't have a person/receptionist. As the technicians were calling people I briefly explained I just need to drop "this" off. Each time they said "Did you check in?" Yes. "Someone will be with you shortly" Finally, someone must have been tired of my interruptions and took care of me. Then they had the nerve of telling me I have a large balance. The tech should have seen that they didn't put the claim into insurance yet.

If you go to Quest Nevin Building in Weymouth, bring your patience tool and lots of reading material. If they don’t lock the door before closing time, you’ll get in and wait for 30 min each while they stare at the screen for a simple blood test before getting to business (while the clock runs down in the waiting room.) Youll see a nice collection of ladies having lunch in the side office, and another time listen to peels of laughter coming from the staff. While I’m glad they’re enjoying their work life balance, there were 6 ppl with appts and samples in their hand looking pretty angry. Hustle is not the name of the game here, supporting one of the largest hospitals on the south shore.

The location on Stoneridge Mall Rd was beyond horrible! Megan was the rudest person I've ever encountered. She yelled at me and other people waiting to get their tests. She said she was the only one in that office and turned her back and walked into a room. I had to wait almost 90mins for her to accept the sample. So rude and unprofessional.

Today I registered for an 8:30 appt. After waiting 45min and not seeing my name in the TV status I ask for help by 3 times from various techs. I explained I was now waiting over 80 minutes and still did not see my name. Finally they added my name as a walk in with a new 25min wait time. Horrible customer service and they are overlooking massively.

I give it 1 star because I don't have the option to give it 0 the supervisors have their employees working like dogs short staffed in the labs and a high volume of patients it's a horrible place to work... anyone who can tell you not to go to Quest I'm going to let you know... it's worse than a factory

I have gone to this lab because before , they had a technicians in my doctor’s office and they were very professional and they maintained proper hygiene . Since they don’t have an office there anymore and I was happy with their work , I decided to go to one of their labs for my blood test. This one was a horrible horrible experience. The place was extremely filthy , the technician not even once cleaned the chair where people had to sit ( and four people were ahead of me) . She was neither wearing a gloves nor washing her hands. She damaged my arm so badly , I had to go see a doctor to find out what has happened to my arm. I tried to call and talk to a person in charge NO luck. Nobody picks up the phone even at their headquarter office. Don’t go at least to this location which is inside the Safeway store in McLean VA
