Avoid going there if you can! The most missy unorganized lap in USA. Waiting time for hours poor service, and very slow. I have been waiting for 120 minutes and still not been help! What type of management they have, four technicals working at the lap and they call one person to serve every 20 minutes!

rude and disrespectful everytime i went in this place. they never would file with my insurance on my services that was performed leaving me to pay entire bill. everytime i call to resolve the situation they were rude and was always negative and never would help. always played the stupid roll and would switch me to another employee. never could get anything solved. now i half to pay the bill so it want be put on my credit.would not recommend this place to anyone

My appointment was @1:10 and it took almost an hour to be seen. Not to mention you have to arrive 10 minutes early. What is the point to scheduling an appointment when you don’t abide by it? I understand being behind but geesh

I was 15 minutes late, I signed in as a walk-in. And I expected to wait, then after 2 1/2 hours I ask how much longer, I was ask my name gave it to her she checked then told me I was not in it didn’t register. Then she said sit shouldn’t be but a few more hours. There where only four people in there in the waiting room. Don’t go to Quest at: 100 NW 82 avenue Plantation, Fl. The people are rude that work there, plus I watched how they treated the other people and it wasn’t nice. Don’t go there. Long wait even with appointment, Very rude

I went for blood work on 0914/2022, 1 day later got a phone call they are not able to send my blood for check because it was hymelized. I went back on 09/20/2022. Was waiting for the result , to get a call from my doctor, my status was pending on the App. More than 3 weeks later I gave a call. One of the customer service worker said no problem they will email it for me and fax it to my doctor. 1 or 2 hour later had a missed call and a voice message. Which said need to contact to my physician to book an other appointment because they were unable to check my blood. I was on the phone with them like an hour talked min 10 people to get answers why they didnt inform me , or my doctor Of course I didn’t get any help , even somebody said they can’t see any record I was on there 09/ 20/2022.. and I need to collect and prove my paper work if I want refund. They were rude where they took my blood, and also on the phone , they can’t answer or solve problems . They don’t care it’s about your health.

They are quite literally the dumbest group of people on the planet. They kept sending the bill to my insurance, but to the wrong address! For 6 months straight they’ve been sending it to the wrong building and refused to update it despite both ME and my insurance company complaining about how they’re sending it to the wrong place. They now sent my bill to a debt collector even though the blame is completely and entirely on THEM. A monkey could perform their job better than them. Seriously, perhaps the lowest IQ, primitive, and outright scammy company I’ve seen in my life.

I had some work done. Had a payment plan and everything set up to pay them for the work. They have now sent me to collections twice!!! Never again!
