If I could give a negative star I would. I did the check in and on the screen said 5 mins waiting. Lady took her sweet time starting to work and after 30 mins I was still waiting. Why do we pay for a service that s performed by incompetent people.

Billing department is horrible, Quest recieved payment from insurance and keeps sending me bills. Quest representative validated payment was made and bills are still being recieved. Phone tag game, please go elsewhere.

Vehicle 80735 is driving terrible down hwy 75. Speed of 35 in a 55 then sped up to 65 and almost hit a dog. Then didn't stop for stop sign on hwy 75 and hwy 76 interchange

Do NOT pay your bill with anything but a check or money order. They've taken 5 unauthorized payments off of my card and when I call to contest it I'm told they can reverse it, but it will take upwards of 20 days. So I spent several paydays broke since the first unauthorized payment came out of my account right after paying them. Then the next payday they took not just 1 payment.....but 3. I suffered through until the next payday. After the stunt they pulled I only owed about $10. Low and behold they've decided to take another unauthorized $60 payment from my account. I now have to cancel that card and have it replaced to make sure they can't keep taking from it. On top of all of that, I was making payment through their website. It lumps any bills from them together with no option to pay each bill individually. I'm making payments thinking that the payments are going equally toward each billl when I get a letter in the mail that they've sent 1 of them to collections. When I call the company about it, I'm told that the website doesn't allow partial payments. Then how have I been paying this whole time? Absolute nightmare of a company that deserves to go under. I hope I never have to deal with them again.

I have been overcharged by Quest Diagnostics and I have called several times in an attempt of receiving a refund I have been ignored by customer service. I was on the phone for over an hour and transferred to different representatives 5 times. Yes, 5 times! And each time I had to explain again the reason for my call. Frustrating! If any of my doctors send me for any kind of test using this laboratory I will refuse and look elsewhere. I am giving one star because there is no option to give zero stars!

MOST TERRIBLE customer service EVER!!! Agent answers the phone with NO help, and kept transferring me back to where I started which I have to wait AGAIN for huge amount of time! I don’t understand why this kind of horrible company is still in business!!!

0 stars!! In short, Quest Diagnostics is terrible. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR TESTS TO GO HERE! They will inform you that they accept payments, cash your payments, and then still send you to collections with no communications and no assistance on the matter. Quest cashed my payment 10/12, then sent my account to collections just 8 days later. It is acceptable for Quest to ASSUME that patients just know to contact them to set a plan up (even though they already cashed my check, so things looked completely fine on my end and there was no reason to call). If it is acceptable for Quest to ASSUME I knew I was required to contact them, why is it not acceptable for me to have ASSUMED they had me on a payment plan since they had cashed my check? It is completely unacceptable that they double cross patients and someone needs held accountable.

I am at the Kempsville Rd location . The staff is rude incompetent and nobody is doing anything . Everyone in waiting room is mad irritated . And I was going to send my patients here . Never ever
