I have to say that quest diagnostic technicians are some of the rudest people you’d ever come across in the medical world. There is never a good morning or smile. I have been to the location on 17th street in Ft. Lauderdale numerous times and it’s always the same. Feel like it’s a burden for me to be here. God help you if you need help with the kiosk! You’ll be treated as if you were dumb as dirt. Quest website says walkins are welcome. Not at 17th street. Many announcements that walk ins are not welcome and to come back with appointment even if willing to wait. Personally, I just think those technicians don’t want to work hard. Plain and simple. No excuse for poor attitudes. Find another job if you feel overworked and underpaid! Quest…I bet this situation exits across your organization. I don’t see anything that prevents this. Unfortunately, there isn’t much of a choice but that should not prevent you from addressing this!

Horrible service ever. They don't update insurance, and I keep receiving bills for the services. Called twice, but ended up receive a bill from collectors after 6 months of no answers from them. Impossible to speak with an agent. Calls kept disconnecting like nobody wants to answer my questions. Hope their company will closeout.

First off I checked in on my phone, then it said to check in at the lobby but the scanner was not working. I had an appointment at 10:10 but didn’t get seen until 15 minutes later and that was only after asking 2 different people how far are they behind. Finally Josh the 2nd person I asked said what’s your name and I’ll check. He came back and said come on back and he did my blood draw quickly.

Worst experience ever. One person took forever. Waited so long and than didn’t know what she was doing.

The staff at the Stamford CT collection site are curt, uninformative, unhelpful, and aspire only to waste the patient’s time. There is no urgency to perform tests, and they default to asking people to come back on another day. They performed 0 tests during the 30min I was in the waiting room, when finally the staff popped out of the door to curtly say: “we can’t take any of you” and quickly closed the door again before anyone could understand why or what to do. No questions allowed. Quest is lucky they are a monopoly in this area. They are able to charge for their services without actually rendering those services.

I have no problem with their service or results. I have a problem with them wanting to charge a $3.99 service charge for paying online. This saves them money, time, expenses for employees opening mail, etc. and they still want to charge and extra fee. Ultimately they will get paid less and it will take a greater period of time for them to receive payment. I will not use them in the future.

EVERY TIME I go to Quest, 2x a year, there is some issue with them. Either it is a rude employee or one who is too incompetent to properly draw blood OR for the 3rd time now they failed to draw for a test the doctor ordered. The lab at Shade Av., Sarasota, FL is grossly incompetent and mismanaged. They evidently lack supervision or anyone with any type of work ethic.
