I don’t know why these reviews are so low! I had an excellent experience at the Princeton Rd. location. I will say that I did not actually know Quest was located inside Walmart, but not affiliated with Walmart. Tawnya was experienced, kind and gentle! I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, with no wait, and checked right in on the kiosk. It was fast & easy. I was out within 10 minutes. She also informed me that my labs do not get sent out by the office and they’re in house and processed there, so I should have my results by Friday. Very helpful! I would definitely recommend this location!

Michelle and Andrea are amazing I am the hardest stick and they were able to do it without a PICC team they saved my employment. I would recommend them to anyone.

The lady that took my blood was India. She was compassionate, soft spoken, comforting and did a wonderful job. I do not typically do good with giving blood and was so nervous. she made it a breeze.

I had my blood test done at Quest located atAxis Community Center at Las Positas Blvd in Pleasanton. As usual Rose/Rosie was so nice, very professional and made my visit very comfortable. She made everything so easy!!

We Love The Location At 1850 SW Gatlin Blvd In Port St Lucie. Kathy Always Greets You With A Smile And Is Readily Available To Assist You. My Blood Was Drawn By Onalee Who Quickly And Painlessly Performed The Task. Both Employees Demonstrated Extreme Professionalism. This Is Where I Will Be Having My Blood Drawn Going Foward.

The Quest service center/lab draw was outstanding. HOWEVER the new Quest portal design is BEYOND AWFUL TO NAVIGATE I was informed "you have pending results" all day, suggesting more info. would be coming...then when notified "it is complete", no new information had been added. The site also said "new orders","appt.scheduled" when lab results are already posted. The AI part for help is useless,

Jamie was an excellent technician at the N. Mills Ave. location! The wait time was very minimal and the office was very clean.

The staff member i that the pleasure of seeing was nan and she made the whoe process easy and I can honestly say after all the ish my docs office put me through just to get to quest was actually worth it after I got to deal with nan. Idk the rest of the staff but if you get to see nan you will have no problems.
