I had my blood drawn 1-13/3023 at the quest laboratory Levittown parkway in Levittown PA. The technician was sarcastic and mean! She obviously does not like her job. She needs to be disciplined.

I made an appt online a month ago. After I checked in I noticed that people who checked in after me were being called so I asked. The woman said I was a walk-in. I explained that I was not. She said I needed a bar code. I just made another appt. - no bar code. I'm never going back!

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. They can’t keep an appointment time. Their paperwork/database is sloppy and full of errors. Avoid these people.

Billing department is horrible service, I had to get lab work that it was not covered by my insurance I made an automatic payment arrangement plan for the next 3 months I received a email notification that the first payment was setup for 07 2022, 08 2022, and sep 2022. Well moving to Jan 2023 I started getting arrasing collection calls I check with my bank and Quest only made to withdraw for agst and sep never for july I never received a late payment notification or a balance due from quest because apparently they send text notifications. Horrible service on Billing now I have to deal with a collection company. Quest charge $dozens for labs

I just had lab work done in humble Texas. I have to say that the technician was completely rude. Showed No compassion/emotion couldn’t hold a conversation and rough drawing blood from my arm. I’m new to the area, but will definitely find an alternative. A supervisor should definitely check into their employees and how they treat their patients.

Just another US clinic ripping off people. Yet the insurance will not cover much because this clinic's prices are so damn high. $1,000 for blood work?! Freaking ridiculous!

Where do I begin? Got decal containers followed written directions turned them in only to be told they couldn't use the samples they had told me to freeze. Ok try another quest lab my husband gets containers follows pamphlet directions bring them in now they can't find the orders and don't know what to run. Their system is so messed up even if you find someone who actually wants to help you they can't . Please please avoid like the plague they are.
