When signing into quest diagnostic, it would be nice to have somebody meet you at a desk to answer any questions. The digital format means they have no interest and caring for you and you're just a number. This is sad because you'll do nothing about it, but it is my truthful experience. Very sad that we are headed in this direction. But enough of us go somewhere else. Maybe they'll make the change to being a helpful care team.

I took a test and got the results back. Negative. Great news right? The problem is they use testing parameters from 19 years ago. The threshold was dropped on my test on January 1st 2005. Waste of time and money. Numerous phone calls proved worthless as they don't care.

No entienden que la persona está enferma postrada en cama y no puede estar en el teléfono,Costumer Services carecen de paciencia,la oficina local del 970 de N. B'way en Yonkers NY no tiene una persona que atienda las llamadas, solo responden de sus servicios ofrecidos y horario de trabajo, tube que llamar a la oficina central donde me sentí discriminada por mi edad y no desearon escuchar a mi representante.

East 14th San Leandro.This was the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The staff was rude. They were in the process of switching their systems and did not have their fax machine working. The did not have the correct orders that were sent to them over a week ago and my appt was made over 1 week ago for 1:00, so after waiting until 2:00 to be called back, I was asked to go back into the waiting area because of the mix up with my orders and they would take next patient and then I would be a priority. After waiting and then waiting some more they say they would take me as soon as my doctor refaxed orders wich he had already done within the first 5 minutes but fax kept failing. So then I had my doctor's office resubmit the order. Nobody bothered to come out and get me, I kept asking staff as they called back more patients to look in the system or check the fax because i saw the papers print on the fax machine but they ignored me. You can't talk to a receptionist because they dont have one. My appt was at 1:00 at 3:00 they came out and said oh your orders are in the system now, but i would have to reschedule because it's past my appt time, well it wasnt untill they passed me up, They asked me to go and wait and they promised I would be a priority as soon as the fax came through. But then kept ignoring me and the fax. But kept me there until 3:00 to then say kick rocks it's to busy now. Horrible experience. They were rude to anyone that asked for help checking inn. Just so unprofessional oh and did I mention dirty.

Quest tech pulled the wrong requisition papers and now I'm stuck paying $507. They say the tech is not responsible and there is nothing they can do.

I have never encountered a company as horrible as quest. They ask you to make an appointment and to arrive 15 min before. When you arrice they tell you they are running 30-45 min behind! I hate having to use them but do not have a choice as there is not another lab near me!

Made an appointment on line and when arriving no appointment and had to wait as a walk in. Never again will I use quest !! They SUCK !!
