We had to throw out our 24 hour urine sample that had been ordered by a neurologist because Quest's "system" was down with no ETA, as was their fax and they couldn't access the orders. This despite the fact that I gave Quest the written orders the previous day when they gave me the urine sample kit. They said "I'm not taking your pee." They, as a matter of policy, do not answer a phone nor do they have a receptionist and no one would answer the 800#. I thought to myself, that's where we are with health care in 2023 in America. Cannot access basic health services for a 70 treatment old with serious health conditions and insurance

The front desk attendant was Rude and disrespectful and lacked any people skills.

The first & last time I ever come to Quest. Waited almost 4hrs to give sample for labwork. Either they overbook or just don't care about the Customer.

Office on Military Trail in Delray Beach Fl in Walmart is the worst. Rude technicians. Appointment screw ups. Always run 30 to 60 minutes late. I had a confirmed appointment but when I checked in I was shown as a walk in. Had to wait more than an hour. Several people had the same problem. All had appointments but were told they were walk ins. Quest on Lindon Blvd. in Delray Beach FL. is run much more efficiently. Will never use this office again. Can't say enough bad things about this office. After waiting 1 hour a technician informed me that the staff was going out for lunch and we'd have to wait until they came back 45 minutes later. I walked out.

Horrible company, horrible service! I went to Quest Diagnostics on 2001Mallory Ln, Franklin TN for lab test, and I was waiting there as walk in for 70 minutes. I couldn’t be seen in first day. Then I made an appointment for second day. I went there 10 minutes earlier in second day and I was the first one in the waiting list, only two were appointment, one was drop off , four were walk-in, but I had to wait about one hour (45 minutes after my appointment time) to get in. It only took less than 10 minutes for me to get test done. I will never use Quest again.

I was there 15 mins early, and stayed 10 mins after they opened and no appointments were on time, the man still wouldn't see me and was yelling. I showed up 3 days in a row. There is no excuse why I couldn't of been seen as a walk in! This place and its employees are a joke!

I went to Quest for lab work. When I provided my insurance information they entered it all into the computer but didn't mention it wasn't in-network. I then received a bill for $542 for lipid panel, TSH, and thyroxine testing. The insurance allowed $28 as the usual and customary charge but since Quest wasn't in-network they billed the entire amount to me. I contacted them twice and asked to negotiate the bill and they ignored me. I recently lost my job and am unable to pay an unexpected $542 bill for labs that should have cost no more than $28. BEWARE! I will never, ever, ever return to Quest even if it is supposed to be in-network because they've proven they will overcharge and not care for their patients if given the opportunity.
