I went to the Quest facility in Warrington PA where I have had wonderful service many times before. My experience today was very different. ~30 minutes after my appointment time, I was called back by a person I had never had before. She was very bitter about her employer and could not wait to let me know about it. She blames Quest for always understaffing, never allowing her a reasonable lunch break and feels their model is "Just about the money". That was for starters.
Next, she discovered that the "Diagnostic Code" on my paperwork was incorrect and told me she would call my doctor’s office. After 30 seconds or so she hangs up and says no one there so you will just have to pay for the test. I grabbed my papers and told her I would take care of it somewhere else, with someone else. No blood was drawn.
That employee, whose name I did not catch, has an anger in her heart for Quest and her need to bring customers into her problems is unprofessional and inspires no confidence in your company or your processes. Perhaps someone in your leadership will want to talk to her. Today might be the right time to do that. In any case, I will take my business elsewhere to ensure I don't have to encounter her again.

Submitted samples 8 days ago for tests…
Submitted samples 8 days ago for tests that should take 2-4 days. Partial results but unable to get rest. Called and was on hold 45 minutes before hanging up. On-line Qurst inquiry does not allow you to submit your request. Just plain AWFUL service…..go elsewhere.

Dumpster fire
Hospitals are giving their patients a huge middle finger if they direct them to this lab. The entire process, from setting up your account to billing to the lab technicians. This company is a dumpster fire. Their portal has glitches, and when you call customer service, be prepared to stay on hold for 10 to 20 minutes. Customer service will then tell you that the system is down and to try again tomorrow. Every time you get a bill, it's like starting over with your information and insurance information. The Lab technicians don't want to be there; they have no idea about anything other than the blood draw. They are frustrated and short-tempered. Everyone at this company was drawn from the same well as the fast-food industry. Minimum wage, nobody gets paid to care, and they want you to go away.

Can't make an appointment at Quest…
Can't make an appointment at Quest Diagnostics.
Their website doesn't work. The MyQuest App doesn't work. If you call to make an appointment they automated attendant just hangs up on you. Quest Diagnostics obviously doesn't care about their patients. Time to find another laboratory provider>

This is the worst lab I’ve ever been to…
This is the worst lab I’ve ever been to checked in. All I am doing is dropping off a sample and they will making me wait over half hour while they take other patients who have an appointment. They should have something set up for drop offs. There’s no person at the desk and very rude staff.

215 west 125th street, ny, ny.
It's about the laboratory located at 215 west 125th street in Manhattan, on 04-23-26. The staff are under qualified. The simple task of inverting the CBC Lavender tube several times to prevent the blood inside the tube from being coagulated to avoid CBC WRONG RESULT IS NOT DONE. THE RESULT WERE WRONG FOR ME AND MY WIFE. In addition, my wife's veins are deep under her skin. In most of times they have to puncture her numerous times to draw her blood. And every time they threaten her by saying, "If we can't draw your blood, you have to go home and come another day to draw your blood". I hope the management reads this review and do the necessary to put the lab on the right stand. Thank you!

Very Dissatisfied
I have used Quest for several years for routine lab draws. Always got the results within a day or two. It has been a week and still dont have any results available on their patient portal. Trying to reach a human on customer service is nearly impossible. 40 minute wait to talk to a representative. Tried to call the local office and only get voice messages. Horrible service.

Quest in Deerfield (Leesburg
went to Quest in Deerfield (Leesburg, VA) for allergy testing ordered by a doctor right in the very same building. A week later, the doctor gets the results back—except they couldn't even finish all the tests because they didn't draw enough blood! The doctor's office tells me to go back to the lab so they can draw more blood and finish the job. That’s when the absolute nightmare begins.
The total bill was nearly $900, with $185 coming directly out of my pocket. They had zero problem charging me for the entire thing, yet they only provided partial results by their own admission! Then, when I show up to get the rest of my blood drawn, they refuse and tell me I need another prescription. They know damn well they only did partial testing, but nobody can even tell me what's actually pending!
To top off this absolute joke of a situation, the lady at the desk agrees I only got partial results, but then has the nerve to claim they didn't charge me for the whole test. If you didn't charge me for the whole test, then why does your own system say it's partial or 'not enough blood'?! Every single question I ask, all they say is, 'You have to call billing.' They are more than happy to snatch my money on the spot, but the second I have a legitimate question about their screw-up, suddenly it's my problem to chase down billing?! Look, I can accept an honest mistake, but refusing to fix the problem and actively screwing over the patient? What the absolute F****?!"
Option 2: Sharp, Sarcastic & Furious
"Let me get this straight: I go to Quest in Deerfield, Leesburg, VA for allergy tests ordered by a doctor in the EXACT SAME BUILDING. A week later, I find out they couldn't even finish the testing because they failed to draw enough blood. The doctor's office sends me back to the lab to finish it up, and that’s where the circus starts.
They charged me for the ENTIRE order—almost $900 total, with $185 out of my own pocket—for partial results! But wait, it gets better. They won't draw the rest of the blood because suddenly I need a NEW prescription. They admit they only ran half the tests, yet no one can tell me what tests are actually missing!
The icing on the cake? The receptionist agrees I received partial results, but then straight-up lies and says I wasn't billed for the whole thing. If I wasn't billed for it, why does the report literally state 'partial test / insufficient specimen'?! You ask one simple question at the desk, and their immediate response is to brush you off and tell you to call billing. They sure didn't mind taking my money directly, but taking accountability? Not a chance. An honest mistake is one thing, but this level of incompetence, utter lack of support, and total refusal to fix their own screw-up? What the F****?!" Stay away from Quest, and stay away from 19415 Deerfield Ave - Leesburg, VA
