Nobody seems to work at Quest Diagnostics anymore. They have a machine that checks you in with no employee anywhere. They've also stopped welcoming walk ins which I didn't know. I'm 66 and had fasted 11 hours when I walked in at 11:30 a.m., but the machine typed to me it would be at least 2 hours before someone could take my blood sample. There was only one person in the waiting room. I left and went to McDonald's. I'll go to a different lab another day!

Its an horrific experience! Walk-in is something you should never attempt to do as the waiting lines are never ending. There is not anyone to talk to on case of the problems and they often cannot locate the order.

I have tried to call several times with different questions. Their machine first wastes my time by talking about wearing a mask and so forth- no one needs to hear that when they just have a question about pending labs. The machine also plays an automated message for “results” saying to visit the website, then it hangs up. The machine also plays an automated message giving random “general information” that still does not answer my question and then it hangs up. I have wasted a lot of time with their lack of customer service and lack of real human beings. The app won’t give me the info I need and there is no human on the phone. What am I supposed to do now?

Terrible experience. I will never go there again. The staff was beyond rude and not accommodating. Would never recommend.

I received notice that a blood test appointment I had schedulrd had been cancelled. None of the referral numbers for resceduling worked, and website was not working This is typical. Third time this has happened to me. My Quest system doesn't work half the time. I HATE, HATE, QUEST!!!

Customer service is terrible and when you make an appt you still have to wait an hour, terrible place

Had a 4:30 appointment for a location that closes at 5. Arrived at 4:34. Tech hid in restroom for 20 minutes then said it was too late to do the blood work.

GO TO LABCORP I’ve been going to quest for a long time, but I had to go for an unscheduled walk in. I sat there for two hours, and I finally realized I was 14 and There was a nice woman at the counter. Who answered my questions and let me know I might not end up getting in there at all by closing since I was 14. Another worker kept telling her to ignore me, and not answer my questions so I could make an informed decision. The woman didn’t care if I sat there all day. My time didn’t matter, but hers did. And she didn’t want the other woman answering my questions. It’s all about the money not the patient. I drive up the street to LabCorp. I was in there in 10 minutes!
