I went to Middle Village, NY. They are 2 rude ladies, very mean. If you don't have appt don't waste your time to come this place. They let you wait until at the end of the day. They don't reply any single word if anybody say good afternoon, how are you doing, hello, hi. I'll be rejoice if this place shut down forever. Bad image for me about this place. How can they employed here. Children see, children do, like father like son, like mother like daughter. I strongly believe their higher authorities such as supervisor, manager, director, ceo are the same character as they are

Quest at Peachland Promenade personnel are unfamiliar and untrained on Fax operation. No less than 3 faxes were sent and other than telling me they didn't receive it, they don't have the knowledge to determine if their Fax is inoperable. Wasted my whole morning dealing with non sense.

Made an appointment weeks ago. Have sat in the packed waiting room for over 40 minutes. No one is being called back to complete tests! 18 people waiting inside, 5 outside. Unbelievable! Quest has really gone downhill. I will never return!

I don't know what has happened to Quest Diagnostics. They used to be great. However, my last experience was horrible, starting with the surly, non attentive front desk person who left me standing there for 5 minutes while she did something on the computer before waiting on me. Then, they didn't tell me they had to send one of my tests out and it was going to take 10 days for the results. When I tried to call them, no on answered the phone, no one answered the phone at the corporate office either. Finally got hold of customer service, who answered my questions. I will never get my tests done there again.

This is for Cheshire office only the person who calls in the patients is bad at her job I made an appointment for 12:20 didn't get in till 12:50 because I was marked as out of the room which was inaccurate because I never left room after signing in then meanwhile walk inside are being called and people who signed in after me all the while my name was on top of list she came out again and started to call another person who came in after me I asked her what about me she said I was a walk in when I told I wasn't. she lied and said she called my name and got no responce I'm wearing a shirt with my name on it in big letters too I'm 50 years old I know my name when it called

I had a blood test today. I had mentioned to the technician to use a butterfly needle as my veins were not that visible. Her response “will see’. She did not use a butterfly Needle which CAUSE my arm to be Painful and completely bruised. I had to place ice on my arm when I reached home. I would not recommend this place. I’ve had many bloods test and NEVER had pain, and a bruised arm and a Butterfly needle has all ways been used to take blood.

Dirty, unprofessional, abusive. They always run 45 minutes to an hour late. Rude and disrespectful. Wiggled needle in my arm to purposely cause swelling, bruising and pain.

I honestly wish that this company will go out of business I'm not understanding how they're in every town and claim they have walk-ins but every time you walk in they're not accepting walk-ins. I live in Manchester and the one in Manchester on Main Street always booked never have appointments you can never walk in but they claim they except walk-ins. Quest does not like to accommodate people that work. I go to the one in Manchester there will be no one in there and I'm coming in as a walk-in and they still will not accept me mind you there is no one in the lobby and there is no one in the back. I called Quest customer service number to see if they can help me because I need a 911 appointment and they can't even accommodate me they said that they cannot make special Arrangements behind the facility why do you guys even bother having a customer service number if customer service can't even help us. Why do you guys accept walk-ins when every time someone walks into your facility that's not the case stop advertising that it's false advertisement. You guys waste people's lives and time because you are not willing to accommodate hard-working people that's trying to stay healthy. I really wish there was another facility that I can go to that would draw blood without the struggle of booking an appointment I really don't like Quest and mad that they're the only place to draw blood in Connecticut that is close to me.
