It is terrible for a company to charge $358.00 dollars for a blood test that they charge $70.00 in house if purchased directly from Quest. In no way did they try to work with me to reduce the cost. How can this be legal. It seems like a scam. When talking to billing, they eventually just hung up on me while on hold. Just terrible.

App is so messed up . I think some brainless people has created it . This should be removed and replaced with something sensible . It deserves no star .

Nobody to talk to. They should have someone taking care of their customers. Some of the employees are very rude when you need to ask them a question. All Quests give bad service anytime someone has any type of question. They really need to set up their customer service.

2 weeks no results. I call main number,, aftrr20 minutes holding promise to email results. 2 more days no results, they did get my copay the day of test, they are quick with that part

Every time I come here they are late. I schedule an appointment for a given time because it works with my schedule. I typically have work meetings and other things to do. They are NEVER on time. I have been to several locations and it is all the same. They need to fix this! As of now, my current appointment was 37 minutes ago and I am still waiting!!!!!!! This is ridiculous. If I kept my clients waiting this,long I would be FIRED

1-Quest put me on a chat where 5 seconds after I posted my question, I was asked whether "I want to continue chatting" I had not yet been asigned a representative. Then instead of attempting to answer my question, asks for it again, then seconds after, it says that he cannot assist with my question and gives me a phone that put me on hold fopr 10.50 Mins. then representative “Cut the conversation before Customer finished typing his question. Then I called the phone. 2-Person on customer service. 18th Aug 23 was: Autoritative, did not engage in a real communication with customer just the type of “keep quite and I will take all the time that I want stile" . There was total silence in the other side of the line, customer was completely disoriented in regards to what phase we were. She took very long to open the account. When customer tried to ask, she authoritatively again made the customer not be able to ask questions. 3- Finally sent them an e-mail that will probably be answered with a lot of apologies, but probably no changes will be made in treating people like cattle.

Honestly this company is messed up. They won't accept your ID if it's a picture even though the police will accept it. They also will not tell you the ng/ml ratio to make sure you pass legit. Being on the safer side is not an option with this company. Basically calling quest is a waste of time.

If I can give zero stars I would. Made an appointment with my husband for blood work. Woman said I had a balance. I told her the bill is being processed by my insurance company. She then scanned my Insurance into her computer and said she couldn’t enter my insurance information and therefore can not draw our blood. This was not our first time at this lab. Unprofessional and definitely a breach of contract with my insurance company. Do yourself a favor. Don’t go to quest
