They have a great product and even better customer support. It was hard for me to figure out how to manage my subscription but they helped me with that right away. The magnesium is a great product.

I had an issue with a subscription that I forgot to cancel, thereby, leaving me with too much product. Dana in customer service handled my cancelation and I was able to return the unused product, with free shipping and issued a prompt refund; I will definitely be using Qualia in the future.

I had a tricky customer service issue when I accidentally ordered too much of one product. Everyone who helped me resolve the issue and deliver a refund in a timely manner was gracious, courteous, and very kind and skillful. The products are awesome and I will continue to buy from them for months to come.

Customer Service is great. I needed help with a return order and my subscription. I had to email several times for my understanding of the order, and customer service was prompt and continued to answer all of my emails and questions until I had a clear understanding of how to proceed with my return, my future subscription orders, and my account access. I love the product. Unfortunately I have run into some health issues & need to do an elimination diet & that included some of my supplements. I couldn’t remember which email I used for my subscription, so I sent an email requesting to cancel & they answered immediately & helped me locate my account. I’m hoping to be back on their products once my issues are resolved

I have taken the Senolytic for just a couple of months and really could tell a difference even after the first month. I do not feel as tired as I used to. I really felt so tired all the time, but that is so much better now. No more Zombie cells for me !!
