I am 62 years old and have an autoimmune disease, many people out there do. I quit trusting doctors years ago. I pretty much treat myself as much as I can by supplementing, research, and other things. I only buy my supplements through two companies, Qualia being my number one. They might be a little more pricey, but you get what you pay for. Their customer service is the best. I had a problem. I emailed them,the first time they emailed me that day and the second time they emailed back within 20 minutes, 20 minutes! I won’t go anywhere else, ever. I was on Adderall for 10 years and although it did help with my ADD, over time my health took a hit (my resting heart rate was almost 100, sleeping) My woman found Qualia, I switched and I have been very happy. It may seem pricy but how much is your health worth? And I will say that their customer service is amazing! They got back to me the same day! I love the product Qualia Mind Decaffeinated, been taking it for a year now. I had a complaint about the new packaging, wrote to them, and received a quick and personal response. I felt heard and valued for my opinion. This is a good company to do business with.

My review is for Qualia magnesium and customer service. I rate a five because of their customer service and kind team members. After a few deliveries , I received a product that was damaged and they replaced it quickly. Although I haven't felt a big difference with my digestion and elimination, it has more types of magnesium than others so I plan on continuing taking them and monitoring results.
