QuadrotoysReviews of quadrotoys.com

Okay - not sure what’s up with the other reviewers. 1/ extremely high quality products. You can find Chinese knock offs, I’m sure. But the quality will be a hit or miss. These things are built to last 2/ you can be very creative with these. I love building new structures with my kids. 3/ customer support is quite good. A few pieces became lose after 3.5 years, and Jan from Germany helped us find the and refill the spare parts. Especially because at the time of writing spare parts website shows everything is sold out. These guys don’t have a good way for me to provide a review, so the least I can do is give them well deserved credit that they weren’t looking for.

STAY AWAY FROM QUADROTOYS I purchased a QUADROTOYS set for my daughter and twin boys. The initial appeal was the ability to expand and redesign the structure by purchasing additional parts as she grew. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. For over eight months, the U.S. website has been out of stock on essential parts. I signed up for restock notifications, but after six months, I received no updates. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that a restock had occurred, and they apologized for my not being notified. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially since parts appear to be widely available in other markets. I am extremely disappointed that a product I invested approximately $2,700 in has become unusable as my child outgrew its initial design, all due to a lack of available parts. If I had known about these ongoing supply issues, I would not have purchased from QUADROTOYS. I strongly advise prospective customers to consider other brands that consistently offer parts for their products

I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing shopping experience with Quadro Toys. While their products are suitable for toddlers, the company's failure to accurately represent the colors of their items on their website is a significant concern. Not only did the delivered products have more saturated colors than depicted, but Quadro Toys also refused to provide a full refund upon return. I strongly caution potential buyers against purchasing from this company. Quadro Toys initially appeared promising, offering a wide range of toys for toddlers on their website. However, the reality fell short of their representations. The colors of the items I received were much more vibrant than what was depicted on their website. This disparity rendered the toys less visually appealing and unsatisfactory for their intended purpose. To my disappointment, when I contacted Quadro Toys seeking a full refund, their customer service exhibited a lack of empathy and understanding. They displayed an unwillingness to acknowledge their misrepresentation or accommodate my valid concerns. Their refusal to provide a full refund demonstrated a disregard for customer satisfaction and an absence of accountability. It is essential for a reputable company to promptly address discrepancies and uphold their customers' trust. Quadro Toys' failure to rectify their misrepresentation raises serious concerns about their commitment to customer satisfaction and business integrity. Their lack of accountability leaves me no choice but to caution potential buyers against engaging with Quadro Toys. In conclusion, based on my personal experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from Quadro Toys. Their misrepresentation of product colors on their website and refusal to provide a full refund reflect their disregard for customer satisfaction. I urge others to learn from my disappointment and seek alternatives from retailers that prioritize integrity and customer service.
