Victor accommodated my appointment in a timely manner. He was pleasant, efficient and professional. The replacement cold water pump for my LG washing machine was leaking and needed replacement. Victor secured an authentic LG part in 3 days and had the part replaced in 4 days. Amazing!

Victor was prompt, personable and reasonably priced. He diagnosed the problem and has a part on the way. I will call him whenever I have an appliance issue, and I highly recommend him for appliance repair!

I was referred to QFix by Home Depot to fix a 2 year old Samsung dishwasher which was not washing dishes well and accumulating food deposits in the bottom of the unit. Victor was very prompt and attentive to my needs, knew how to fix it, and gave knowledgeable advice about limitations of Samsung dishwashers. I was pleased with QFix, not so pleased with a pricey dishwasher from Samsung. Peter Broadbent La Quinta

Victor was on time. He inspected the new dryer. He stayed with me while we dried clothes in the new dryer. The new dryer worked perfectly. Victor also instructed me on the options to choose regarding the drying process.
