got 3 watches from them. first two were great, a patek nautilus and a rolex rlx, the third one a rolex batman was a nightmare: shipping delayed over 12 days, nobody QCed this watch and the bezel came grossly misaligned, and i just got a freight note from UPS for $75 on top of what i already paid. will stop buying from QE watch.

I just received my watch from QE. They are excellent to work with. Communicating with them is simple as well they have a what’s app and send pictures and updates of anything.

I ordered a watch, from this site, kept getting the run around about shipping information, after two months of not getting any updates. I finally asked for my money back which they did return.

Stylish desings, but the quality didn't fully meet my expectations. Decent for the price.

Nach der Auswahl der gewünschten Uhr - und die Bilder und Videos sind wirklich sehr gut, war der Bestellvorgang inkl. Bezahlung per Paypal sehr einfach und sicher. Die spätere Kommunikation erst über die Homepage und dann über WhatsApp einfach.Die Antworten auf englisch kommen schnell und wenn gewünscht auch ein Video zur Uhr. Die Lieferung war nach ca. 7-9 Tagen vor Ort. Der Zoll war auch kein Problem. Die Verzollung kostete ca.30 Euro und ich bekam von UPS eine Rechnung zugesandt. Die Uhr kam aus China und das Paket war vollkommen unbeschädigt und der Inhalt gut eingepackt. Beim Öffnen der Inhaltes im Paket gab es ein hochwertiges Benutzungsgefühl und wenn man dann das Produkt in die Hand nimmt, stimmt der Eindruck. Die Verpackung ist sehr gut.Das Produkt ist beeindruckend und wirkt hochwertig.Ich habe viele Komplimente bekommen. Ich hatte die Uhr als Fullset bestellt, also mit Uhrenbox und Booklet etc. Der Händler ist vertrauenswürdig und ich kann ihn empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder dort einkaufen.
