The application process took me over a week. I applied on the 9th and was approved pending verification. I received my verification email on the 14 and that was after I called on the 13th at 9:00 am and was told that I should have gotten and email I called again on the 14th and was told what I needed and then received an email and had to make two calls and be on hold for over 30 minutes each time I called. On the 16th more information was needed but I was approved and received my money on the 19th. Slow process but glad I was funded.

A little pricy. But quick turn around.

Service was quick. The customer service reps that I spoke with were very knowledgeable & extremely helpful. This was a fantastic short term solution to my short term needs. If it wasn't for the insane finance charge, I would say that I would do business again in a minute. Instead, i Am going to say that I hope that i never need to use their service A again. If the need arises though, I wouldn't hesitate. Fast, Professional, and Very Very Helpful.

Satisfied I'm very happy and helpeful and yes I already refer someone I just hope the finance could be a little lower but for the most part it's a great company and I like it thanks QCredit.

These people make it simple to get a loan. The time between application and actual deposit of funds was a little longer than expected with little informing communication as to why. But finally they came through and not a moment too late!! thanks!!

I was able to get through the application process very quickly and was approved right away. However emails necesssary for funding didn't get sent in a timely manner so the loan took several days to reach my bank account. The customer service people I spoke to were incredibly friendly and helpful, but the back end of process should have gone more smoothly.

I received ur flyer in the mail and I needed some money so I applied when I completed the application it told me I was going to get an email with a code to verify my email address I never received it I wrote a message to customer support explaining that I hadn't received anything if they could please resend it I sent it about 2-3 times so I waited I didn't get anything so some days went by and I received a email that I didn't complete my application and had to redo my application so I decided to call this was a Saturday I spoke with someone and he said he could give it to me I put the code in and my application was complete and I would receive a email if I was approved I waited and didn't receive it so decided to call back the person I spoke with explained that everything the place I receive my money from every month had to be verified and that would be on Monday I waited all day Monday and no email again I called and was told that it would probably be a day or two because your company was new and sent out a lot of those letters out I waited for the second day and was told that they had sent me an email that they needed information about my bank information but I did not receive the email until I was talking with the person so I sent my information and once it was verified I would get an email on Tuesday I had to call again and was told that they needed to speak to me because they needed to verify something's with the bank I don't understand why they didn't call me I finally spoke with someone and he dailed my bank and I explained that I was getting a loan and they needed to verify something's with them and they were on the line everything was solved so again I asked the gentleman was I approved and he stated I would get another email letting me know I did receive it and after that I was approved and had to resign my application after that I received the funds the next day I understand that you are a new loan company but I just felt that the customer service people needed to explain the procedure a little better instead of me having to continue calling I do want to thank you for helping me
