Dec 2nd approved for $1600.00, told overnight into account oh except on weekends and mondays. Would be in account on 6th, everyday a different excuse, including mailed check 7 to 10 days....not, 13 days after approved received another email need you to enter username and password to your checking account but has to be from computer not cell....my computer was not working....so guess what....loan was declined....WHAT LEGITIMATE COMPANY ASKS FOR USERNAME AND PASSWORD TO CHECKING ACCOUNT? DO NOT TRUST QCREDIT OR ROSEBUD SOUIX. Oh yeah, they still have my signed contract.

Q-Credit is about buying a little credit for an enormous amount of money. I needed the money for the very nexr day. Fortunately, they wanted a tax return or the last two bank statements to finalize the deal. That gave me time to think. Thank goodness I didn't do it! I wouldn't have gotten the money I needed when I needed it, and I would have gone deeper into debt foolishly.

The initial loan was quick and easy - the response to my questions- not so great!

I applied for my loan 8 days ago received a email saying I was approved and that the money was going to be deposited into my account the same day but all that was false I have not received the funds yet I am about to give up on getting any funds . Have emailed the company 3 times no response have called was told it will be in your account the next day false again right now I am just so disappointed.

Loan was quick and easy, but the length of payments are to long. You can choose the amount you want to pay but the the length of payments. With other loan companies you can choose if you want to pay 30 payments or 14 payments for the length of the loan. We as a customers would like the option to choose 24 payments or 14 payments as well as choose the amount you want to pay.

I tried calling your customer service wait time is way too long and I was never able to get through to anyone, I tried 3 times and the wait time was 45 minutes to an hour each time.

Applied on Dec 2nd got approved still waiting on funds never reponds to emails!! Very irritated its taking forever its been a week no response
